Prepare ingredients: pineapple, pork tenderloin, green pepper, egg white, starch, cooking wine, salt, vinegar, sugar and monosodium glutamate.
Production method:
1. Slice the tenderloin horizontally, not along the pork grain. Slices cut along the grain are not easy to chew.
