■ Hydrogen production principle of hydrogen ventilator

The hydrogen production principle of this small household hydrogen absorber generally adopts the principle of proton membrane SPE, and the hydrogen produced should be pure hydrogen (more than 99.99% is regarded as pure hydrogen).

1. There are many ways to produce hydrogen industrially. Generally speaking, electrolyzed water will not be used for industrial hydrogen production at present, but photocatalytic water decomposition and solar water decomposition are expected to become potential hydrogen production methods, which may provide cheap hydrogen energy for hydrogen-powered vehicles in the future.

2. Proton membrane SPE is the core component of hydrogen production, and the core material is proton membrane. Generally, DuPont proton membrane has higher benefits and performance. The principle is that pure water circulates through hydrogen-producing parts, hydrogen is discharged from one side through proton membrane, and the generated oxygen reaches the water tank with water and is discharged.

3. In industrial hydrogen production, there is another hydrogen production method, namely ordinary electrolysis hydrogen production. For example, at present, the hydrogen production methods used in hydrogen-oxygen welding and on-board hydrogen-oxygen machine are pure water and alkali liquor, and alkali liquor is added to improve the hydrogen production efficiency. This method is obviously not suitable for hydrogen ventilator in hydrogen medicine.

■ Water electrolysis weighs hydrogen and oxygen, so where did the oxygen go?

1, water is electrolyzed into about 33% hydrogen and about 66% oxygen. If the machine comes out to let the ventilator use pure hydrogen, then oxygen is usually discharged from the machine through water circulation.

2. If the hydrogen ventilator produces a mixed gas of hydrogen and oxygen for human breathing, it is hydrogen-oxygen mixing. At present, only a few hydrogen ventilators in the market adopt this mode, and Fumei hydrogen-oxygen atomizer is a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen.

3. The explosion limit of hydrogen mixed with air is: the explosion limit of hydrogen is 4.0% ~ 75.6% (volume concentration), that is, if the volume concentration of hydrogen in air is between 4.0% ~ 75.6%, it will explode when it meets a fire source, but when the hydrogen concentration is less than 4.0% or more than 75.6%, it will not explode even when it meets a fire source.

4. Therefore, the pure hydrogen from the conduit is discharged into the atmosphere. At this time, it can be ignited with a lighter, and the hydrogen-oxygen mixture is in danger of explosion.

The explosion is caused by intense combustion (or reflection) in a limited space.

■ Other factors affecting hydrogen ventilator

1, the core of the quality of hydrogen respirator is the hydrogen production mode and the original hydrogen production. Of course, there are many factors that restrict the quality of a domestic hydrogen absorber.

2, easy to use, this is more demanding for home use. Obviously, it is convenient to use a timer, and you can also absorb hydrogen when you sleep. Generally, there are two hours of automatic shutdown or 30/60/ 120 minutes of timing adjustment.
