The oldest classic of TCM theory is Huangdi Neijing, including Su Wen and Ling Shu. Su Wen is talking about the most basic concepts of Chinese medicine, such as Yin and Yang, Five Elements, Five Movements and Six Qi, as well as the explanations of some diseases and syndromes, as well as some treatment methods. Lingshu, also known as acupuncture meridians, talks about treating diseases by acupuncture points with nine needles. At the same time, it expounds the direction of meridians, the attribution of viscera, and the operation law of ying-wei qi and blood, which is the core theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine and the uniqueness of traditional Chinese medicine from other ethnic groups. It can be said that without the knowledge of meridians, viscera, qi and blood, and all health care and treatment methods based on it, Chinese medicine would not exist.
The most authoritative integration of practical methods in traditional Chinese medicine is Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Treatise on Febrile Diseases, which is based on the six-qi syndrome differentiation system and is a collection of prescriptions and medicines to solve the transmission and change laws of all exogenous diseases and internal injuries. Zhong Jingyun: Although we can't cure all diseases, we can know the source of the diseases. Tell the truth.
Diseases can be divided into two types:
Exogenous diseases from the outside to the inside, internal injuries from the inside to the outside, from deep to shallow.
The more exogenous diseases disperse, the more internal injuries disappear.
Not only the risk of exogenous diseases, but also the risk of internal injuries and external sores.
Exogenous diseases are easy to form qi and can be treated with drugs;
Internal injuries are often mental, not medical.
Pathogens such as wind, cold, summer heat, dampness, dryness and fire invade from the inside to the outside, and dietary fatigue caused by five natures and seven emotions is internal injury, as well as specialist diseases such as insect and beast injuries. All diseases are always * * * but there are three kinds of diseases: internal, external and internal.
Acupuncture, decoction, massage, acupuncture, tendon stretching, slapping, scraping and cupping are all means of treating diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Empathy, transformation and restraint of the seven emotions are all good ways to relieve depression, relieve anger and release troubles and hatred.
TCM treats diseases by hook or by crook. Health care should be based on neutrality and treatment should be based on equality. Enough is enough, too much is too late. This balance point is one of the Chinese characters for health preservation.
In the same theoretical system, because of different positions and observation points, everyone's views may be different, and everyone will have their own limitations, just like a blind man touching an elephant. However, all these ideas come together to form a complete elephant. As long as you are not paranoid about what you see, every observer can gain an opinion on the basis of recognizing the invisibility of elephants.
