First, the bearing temperature rises.

The working temperature of centrifugal compressor bearings is generally 45~50℃, and the highest temperature should not exceed 65℃. Generally, 65℃ is the alarm temperature and 75℃ is the interlock shutdown temperature. The reasons for high bearing temperature are:

1, the clearance between bearing bush and journal is too small, so it is necessary to scrape the bearing bush to adjust the clearance.

2. The orifice diameter of the throttle ring at the inlet of bearing lubricating oil is small, and the oil intake is insufficient, so the orifice diameter of the throttle ring should be appropriately increased.

3. The oil inlet temperature is too high. The cooling water quantity of the oil cooler should be adjusted.

4, oil and water mixed or dirty, deterioration, affect the lubrication effect. Check the oil cooler to eliminate water leakage or replace it with new oil.

5, dirt into the bearing, bearing wear. Bearings and lubricating oil pipes should be cleaned, and bushings should be scraped clean.

6. If the bearing bush is damaged, the bearing bush should be recast.

Second, the oil pressure suddenly drops.

The reason for the sudden drop of compressor oil pressure is complicated and closely related to the components in the unit. The treatment of this kind of fault depends on the actual situation. Generally speaking, the decline of oil pressure is related to the tubing of lubrication system such as oil pump and tubing, and it is necessary to do a good job of pressure test and treatment to deal with this fault.

When the failure of the oil pump is reduced, the pressure is also reduced. Check the oil pump in time to find out the cause of the failure. When the fault is related to tubing, the fault is caused by rupture, and the specific measures are to replace the new tubing.

Thirdly, the gas outlet velocity decreases.

The main reasons for the decrease of gas outlet flow are filters and sealing devices. Improper control of these two components will reduce the gas flow and affect the normal function of compressor equipment.

The main reason of gas filter failure is that the gas filter is blocked, which leads to the decrease of air intake. Cleaning the gas filter can eliminate the fault. In addition, when the sealing gap is too large, it will also cause leakage. The best solution is to replace the seal or adjust it according to the regulations.

Fourthly, the cooling effect of the cooler is poor.

The cooler is mainly used to adjust the stability of the internal temperature of the compressor and maintain the equilibrium temperature, so as to create a superior compressor operating environment, and the cooling failure affects the function of the whole equipment. The main faults of the cooler are the decrease of the cooling capacity of the gas cooler, the dirt on the surface of the cooling pipe, the rupture of the cooling pipe or the loose cooperation between the pipe and the tubesheet.

To deal with the fault of the cooler, it is necessary to check the parts from many aspects, and at the same time, focus on checking the cooling water quantity. It is required that the water flow speed in the cooler pipe is less than 2 m/s, and the cooler core is cleaned. Plug both ends of damaged pipeline or expand loose pipeline with dilator. If necessary, the cooler can be re-selected for installation, which improves the cooling effect of the actual operation of the compressor and reduces the incidence of cooling failure.

How to maintain centrifugal air compressor

A, quarterly maintenance content

1, check the instrument air source filter:

Drain and wash.

Replace the filter element.

2. Control the low drainage of air supply pipeline.

3, check the trap:

Open and clean.

Replace it if necessary.

4, motor bearing injection grease:

Stop the machine and refuel with a manual oil gun.

Pay attention to the type and quantity of grease.

5. Visually inspect the air inlet filter element, clean it and replace it if necessary.

6, check the oil mist core:

Check whether the old core is deformed.

Replace it if necessary.

Pay attention to oiling the U-tube when reinstalling.

7, oil mist core can be used for a long time, there is no need to change it often.

8, check the control cabinet:

Clean the cooling fan and filter screen.

Make sure that the connector of vibration transmitter is not loose.

Ensure that all terminal connections are not loose.

Second, the maintenance content every six months

1. Lubricate the air compressor coupling and visually inspect the dry coupling.

2. Check the exhaust check valve.

3. Replace the oil filter.

4, air cooler do water pressure test, record the water pressure, holding time and CTD.

5. Replace the motor (self-lubricating) oil.

6, air compressor lubricating oil sampling, oil analysis.

7. Check the control system according to the requirements of the air compressor operation manual.

8. Check the intake valve and bypass valve.

9. Repeat quarterly maintenance contents.

Third, the annual maintenance content

1, check the motor according to the requirements of the operation manual of the air compressor.

2. Visually inspect the coupling, re-lubricate the alignment, and replace the worn parts.

3. Turn the big gear by hand and feel the wear degree of the self-lubricating bearing of the big gear.

4. Check and clean the oil suction screen.

5, check the oil cooler tubing, cleaning the cooling water channel when necessary.

6. Check the anti-corrosion (zinc) coating inside the oil cooler and reprocess it if necessary.

7. Check the air inlet valve.

8. Check the bypass valve.

9. Check the exhaust check valve.

10. Change lubricating oil (except TECHTROLGOLD).
