Ba people's eco-tourism area, also known as "Three Gorges Woman Valley", is located in Chadianzi Town, Badong County, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. It passes through here with mysterious 30 north latitude and beautiful scenery. Known as the "back garden" of Badong County and the "Shangri-La" of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. Baren River, formerly known as Xialian River, originated from the black nest on the onion slope, crossed the mountain and flowed into the Yangtze River. There is a big gap in the upper reaches of the river, the river is narrow, the water is fast, and the downstream rivers are relatively open, but they are less magnificent and mysterious. Only the valley in the middle reaches of Baren River Scenic Area can see the sky, which is the most beautiful part of the whole scenery of Baren River, gathering the quietness of deep valleys and Qinghe River.
Baren River Scenic Area is located near National Highway 209, which is the only traffic artery in Badong County and Enshi City. Go on road trip can directly navigate the Baren River Scenic Area. If you take the bus, you can take the shuttle bus to Badong at Enshi Passenger Transport Center (departure time: 8:30- 17:30, fare: 75 yuan/person), get off at the gate of the scenic spot and walk to the tourist reception center.
At present, Hubei A-level scenic spots are free of tickets, and Baren River, as a 4A-level scenic spot, is also free of tickets, but in addition to the original price of 98 yuan, there are also scenic buses in 25 yuan and the battery sightseeing bus in 15 yuan, which are all necessary items. In addition, there are some voluntary consumption items, including: slide 30 yuan, high-altitude zip 60 yuan, fat boat/paddle 40 yuan specially provided in summer, and canyon rafting 60 yuan (by appointment).
Remember to make an appointment in advance for the scenic spot during the free ticket period. You can't go in without an appointment As long as the scenic spot is not full on that day, on-site appointment is also possible. During the epidemic, there is a temperature measuring point in the tourist reception center of the scenic spot. Remember to wear a mask to register!
Baren River Scenic Area is covered with lush vegetation. Walking along the path in the scenic spot, the first stop is Lover Peak. It just rained a little when I went there, and the fairy dust was fluttering. It is steep on three sides, and only one path 1 meter wide can be used to go up.
When you go down from Lover Peak, you will pass through a forest area with very high negative oxygen ions, and it is very cool in hot summer.
There are nearly 1000 steps to the bottom of the valley. You can choose to walk down the mountain, or you can go directly to the foot of the mountain through slides and zip lines (* * *). Of course, it takes courage to play this.
The berth is built along the Ailang Peak, with a total length of 450m, a drop of 80m and an average slope of 30 degrees. When sitting on the slide, you need to wear protective gear and gloves. When sitting on the slide, if you have a backpack, you need to carry it in front, hold the escalators on both sides with your hands, and your ass will cling to the bottom slide. You can hover down the mountain by your own gravity, or you can lean forward to slow down and brake with your foot on the marble wall on the side.
The zip line is at the next stop of the slide. The zip line is divided into two roads, the first one is 350m long and the drop is 78m, and the second one is 200m long and the drop is 60m. Two slides, such as two white diamonds, are suspended between two mountains and draw a beautiful arc along the hillside. Before boarding the zip line, the safety officer will measure the weight to adjust the speed of the equipment. Because I was underweight, I added a sandbag to my backpack behind me. All my belongings, including my hat, should be put in my backpack to ensure that I won't fall into the mountain stream. After the preparation is finished, sit on the wooden bench of the zip line and scream with open arms.
After going down to the river, I walked along the river for a long time and was very comfortable. Along the way, we passed Yufeng Bridge, Long Yin Palace (Long Yin Palace is a natural cave, which entered from Yufeng Bridge and turned back after playing) and Sansuo Bridge (three cable bridges: edge-locked, heart-locked and love-locked).
In midsummer, under the Lock Heart Bridge, there is a rafting dock, where you can experience river valley rafting (you need to make an appointment in advance). The total length of drifting is about 3km. Wear safety equipment, two people in a boat, sometimes brave drifting, sometimes slow swimming and shallow rowing. The bottom of the valley is cool, relaxed and free, cool and exciting. The end of drifting is located in the tourist center (not the tourist reception center).
There are also fat boats/paddles to experience in the scenic spot.
After arriving at the tourist center to solve your personal needs, you can take the scenic bus along 18 and turn back to the entrance of the scenic spot, or you can get off halfway. There is a Zhusha Tugu Post Station at the distance of Baren River 1.7km, which is currently under repair. There is an ancient wind and rain bridge here. At one end of the bridge, there is a pair of couplets left by Kou Zhun when he went to Yesanguan to persuade farmers to pass through the tea break here: "Tea is offered to Huangya Caotang to welcome poets", but it has not been matched so far.
At Zhushatu Station, there is a beautiful cliff-facing hotel under construction, which should open next month. There are also many hotels to choose from in Baren River Scenic Area and Chadianzi Town.
Tea shop's most famous food is tea shop beef, which has become a local gold medal food. During the epidemic, the business of more than a dozen beef shops was not affected at all, and some even drove for hours to eat authentic tea shop beef.
Tea shop beef is mainly made of veal under one year old that has been stocked for a long time in the local natural, green and pollution-free environment. Its meat is fresh and tender. The auxiliary materials are radish, konjac tofu and Badong spiced tofu pickled by local Tujia people, cut into pieces, and added with seasonings such as onion, ginger, garlic and pepper. Baked in a dry pan with mustard tuber oil, served with 16- 18 unique Tujia dishes. Charge according to the number of people who eat, generally around 50 yuan.
