According to the life-long sports sampling survey, only 1 1.9% students need it, which shows that physical education class teaching in colleges and universities should be regarded as a part of life-long education, further update ideas, form a relatively perfect health education system for students, and effectively improve college students' health awareness and sports practice ability. At the same time, college physical education should be based on the concept of lifelong education. Accelerate the reform and innovation in teaching mode, teaching method and teaching content, and establish the guiding ideology of "health first" and quality education, so that students can form a good habit of lifelong physical exercise through college physical education and become qualified talents with healthy physique, all-round development of morality, intelligence and beauty.
3. 1.4 Life lies in exercise. It is necessary to set up the teaching of health care course in university physical education class. Physical exercise itself plays an active role in preventing and treating diseases and strengthening the body. Tai Ji Chuan is a pearl in traditional health care sports in China and a precious national cultural heritage. It is not only a physical exercise that conforms to physiological and psychological principles, but also a fitness means to prevent diseases and cultivate sentiment. Tai Ji Chuan movement emphasizes the coordinated operation of consciousness, movement and breathing, which not only strengthens the body, but also exercises the central nervous system and respiratory system of the brain. This is a comprehensive health care campaign. Therefore, in the whole process of physical education teaching, we should not ignore the psychological needs of a few weak and disabled students to prevent and treat diseases, and carry out health care classes to meet their physical and psychological needs (7.3%).
4 Survey results and analysis
4. 1. 1 The survey shows that the main purpose of most college students studying in physical education class is to complete the physical education class exam, and they hope to get high marks in the physical education class exam, and the proportion of students with this mentality is as high as 50.4% (table 1). The former State Education Commission stipulated that physical education class was a compulsory course for college students, and those who failed had to take a make-up exam. Those who fail in physical education class are not allowed to graduate. They are treated as graduates and issued with certificates, which ensures physical education class's position in school education. When students turn these regulations into their own needs, they will have the direct motivation to study in physical education class.
4. 1.2 PE teachers should not only teach but also educate people in the teaching process, that is, make use of human contact and cooperation in sports activities to improve interpersonal relationships and carry out ideological education that unity and cooperation can win. Cultivate students' collectivism spirit through technical and tactical exercises. To educate students with sports skills, we should carry forward the spirit of winning glory for the collective in and out of school competitions. The survey shows that there are more girls with this spirit (1 1.7%) than boys (7.3%). The reason why there are more girls than boys is related to the temperament of girls and the traditional characteristics of oriental women.
4. 1.3 gradually improve sports facilities to meet students' material needs for sports. The research results of Japanese psychologist Kobayashi and others show that "the condition of sports facilities is an important key to the success of physical education class", and school sports venues, equipment and facilities are the material basis and guarantee for completing physical education teaching. Good sports facilities can stimulate students' interest in learning. In the current situation of tight funds, colleges and universities call on leaders at all levels to spend as much money as possible to improve physical education teaching conditions and meet the material needs of 5.6% students.
4.2 The demand of sports ideal
4.2. 1 Example of PE teachers. In the process of students' learning motivation, the charm of physical education teachers has the longest and deepest influence on students. In the whole school, teachers have the greatest credibility. Physical education class is a compulsory course for students from primary school to university, and students imitate physical education teachers in class. Teachers' charm makes students envy and convince them, which will form a good psychological set, thus stimulating their motivation to learn from physical education class. This requires physical education teachers to have excellent skills in teaching, be strict in life, pay attention to the improvement of their own quality, enhance their charm and appeal, and attract students to actively participate in physical exercise. In the survey, 52.3% were girls and 60% were boys (Table 3).
4.2.2 Sports star effect. The outstanding technical and tactical performances and noble sports moral sentiments of sports stars in sports competitions strongly attract college students to actively follow suit and be brave in practice in the process of physical education teaching and exercise. Among the respondents, 28.5% boys and 26.2% girls were attracted by the charm of sports stars.
4.2.3 Curiosity and thirst for knowledge are one of the psychological characteristics of college students. When college students are exposed to novel, graceful and rhythmic sports techniques, 7.2% of them (female 1 1.2%, male 4.8%) actively participate in it under the impetus of curiosity. Therefore, the design of physical education textbooks in colleges and universities can't be static and stick to the rules. At the same time, it also puts forward higher requirements for physical education class, and needs to constantly update teaching methods to meet the needs of curious students. Among the respondents, there are more girls than boys who hold this mentality. The reason is that girls in primary and secondary schools have fewer opportunities to consciously receive physical education than boys, and they are curious about the good physical education teaching environment, sports facilities and teachers' quality in universities.
