How to make a DIY notebook with:
Tools/raw materials:
A4 paper, kraft paper (cover), cardboard, needle and thread, rope, gauze.
Glue, white latex, big clip, scissors, paper cutter.
Methods/steps
1, ready:
Take about 5 sheets of A4 paper as one copy, and fold each copy in half.
Punch 6 holes evenly at each crease and stack them neatly.
Cut two pieces of paper according to the gap between the holes.
Thread the needle for standby.
2, making the inside page (a):
The first stitch: use a needle and thread to pass through the leftmost hole of the first folded A4 paper. Be careful not to pull yourself to death and leave your tail.
Second needle: The second needle passes through the second hole in the middle part of the crease.
The third needle: bypass the white paper and pierce the third hole.
The fourth needle: the fourth needle passes through the fourth hole in the middle of the fold.
The fifth needle: bypass the second blank sheet of paper and penetrate the fifth hole.
The sixth needle: Start from the last hole (the sixth hole).
3. Making the inner page (2): A: Fold the second folded A4 paper in half, sew it back to the starting point in the same way as in the second step, and tie it with the reserved line at the starting point.
B: Wrap the needle around the connecting line between the first paper and the second paper and pass through the first hole of the third paper.
C: Sew the needle to the right in the same way as in the second step, and then bypass the connection between the first paper and the second paper, and then bypass the connection between the second paper and the third paper.
D: Sew all the inner pages in the above way, and stick the white note on the outermost two pieces of paper.
E: Fix the inner page with cardboard and clips, coat it with white latex, paste gauze and paste the cloth head.

4. Make the cover: a: Stick the cardboard on the cover paper in the order shown in the figure, with the spine in the center and the interval of about 1cmb: Stick the extra cover paper; C: Stick a piece of kraft paper on the spine of the book.
55. Stick the cover and the inner page together.
A: Apply white latex on the spine and space of the cover book, and stick the spine of the inner page on the spine of the cover book.
B: Open the lid slightly and stick the outermost two pieces of white paper on the lid with white paper.
C: Tie a rope to the groove between the spine and the cover, and press it with a heavy object for a period of time.
