"Go to Yan 'an in the 1930s, Shenzhen in the 1980s, Pudong in the 1990s and Lingang in the new era" is true! Today's new district is a state-level (Pudong) new district (Lingang) special economic zone!

Shanghai began to strictly control population growth from 20 15, which only opened a hole for the new district. What is the goal of "building a new Pudong in 2035 (GDP reaches 1 trillion)" (1 trillion)? Lingang Fengxian Park is located in the west of Intelligent Manufacturing Zone. At present, it has settled in Shanghai Lingang Foreign Language School, Juventus Football School, Lingang Fengxian Sports Center, Sany Heavy Machinery, China Storage and other enterprises. It is selling the new site Greentown Chengyuan and Poly Yue Ling Mansion, only 4 kilometers away from Tesla Super Factory, with an average price of 2 1 1,000 yuan /m2.
