Ingredients: 7 red dates with stone removed, prepared Radix Aconiti 15g, Ramulus Cinnamomi 15g, 400g of mutton with skin in Haoyuan, coriander, mutton soup, yellow wine and salt.
Exercise:
1, red dates, radix aconiti lateralis preparata and ramulus cinnamomi, and cut the top source mutton into cubes of 1.5cm;
2. First, pour the prepared source mutton, yellow wine and mutton soup into the casserole, boil it over high fire, and skim off the floating foam;
3. Add red dates, cassia twig and aconite, and stew for 2 hours on low fire until the mutton is crisp and rotten;
4. Finally, season with salt and sprinkle with coriander.
Efficacy: Warming tendons and dispelling cold, dredging channels and relieving pain, not suitable for pregnant women and those with internal heat.

Ingredients: mutton with skin1000g, carrot 500g, ginger 5 slices, rice wine 3 tablespoons, orange peel, salt and soy sauce.

Ingredients: 25 grams of longan meat, 400 grams of mutton with skin on the head, 400 grams of white radish, ginger slices, yellow wine and salt.
Exercise:
1, Hao Yuan mutton with skin is cut into small pieces, blanched and washed, white radish is peeled and cut into thick slices, and longan meat is washed;
2. Take a casserole, add ginger slices, yellow wine and mutton soup, boil, and add longan, radish and mutton;
3, change to low heat stew for 3 hours, stew until the mutton is crisp and rotten, add salt to taste.
Efficacy: mutton is warm and radish is cold. The combination of the two can warm the stomach and strengthen the body, but it is not dry. It is very suitable for people with physical weakness.
