Recipes of Moon Meal in Confucius Center
With extraordinary perseverance, I took photos of the moon meal I ate every day for 26 days and recorded it! Including the name of the dish and related functions! According to her words, "if you spend money on confinement, you have to leave some memories for yourself, and food is one of the best memories." Well, from the sound of eating goods.

When we learn about it, we will immediately convey the authorization. She is willing to authorize it to us and share it with all fans and friends who care about Aidi Palace. First of all, she hopes to help you make and adjust your diet during confinement. Secondly, she also wants everyone to see the difference between eating in Shenzhen Confucius Center and confinement at home. Attached is a beautiful photo of mother almond.

Recipe for Moon Meal for 30 Days,No. 1 day

Today is the first morning in the palace. I slept very comfortably last night. I remember being in the hospital for three days and four nights. The bed is very narrow, and the babies cry one after another. Last night, I finally made up all the sleep I had saved two days ago. Stop talking nonsense! The last moon meal!

30-day ultra-detailed moon meal recipe sharing:

Breakfast: fried water bamboo with vegetables (diuresis and dehumidification), steamed dumplings, black sesame soybean milk, shelled eggs and original cashews.

Lunch: Fried fish fillets with asparagus, fried beef tenderloin, Chinese cabbage and walnut sparerib soup.

Afternoon tea: fruit, milk and corn soup.

Dinner: rabbit soup, steamed chicken with Tianqi, stewed ribs with pumpkin, kale and oatmeal.

Midnight snack: milk, sleeping water.

Walnut sparerib soup tastes really good. This is my first time to drink this soup. I feel as light as a swallow after washing my hair today! My life assistant Gao Jie also braided my hair. I feel super good and beautiful!

The sleeping water tastes strange. The nutritionist said it was made of longan, lily, lotus seeds and some Chinese medicines. I think the strange smell may be caused by Chinese medicine! I fell asleep after holding my nose for less than an hour! My head is not as bad as when I just gave birth to a baby!

Moon meal, the next day

Breakfast: purple rice porridge, meat buns, soybean milk, quail eggs and sweet potatoes.

Lunch: steamed bass, pork hands, spinach and mushrooms, sparerib soup, barley and red bean rice.

Afternoon tea: tremella soup, fruit and bean paste.

Dinner: fried turtle with ginger and onion (nourishing yin and moistening dryness), stewed chicken soup with four ingredients and fried beef with water bamboo.

Midnight snack: milk, sleeping water

Yesterday, the old Chinese doctor felt my pulse and prescribed a sleeping water diuretic soup for three days. Lishui soup arrived at ten o'clock today. The nutritionist said it was the secret recipe soup of Aidi Palace, which was very helpful for removing edema and discharging lochia. Continue to drain, and get thinner after drinking! ! !

On the third day, the moon meal recipe

Today's schedule is full. I went for a physical analysis this morning. Sure enough, my physical fitness exceeded the standard, and I was still a little swollen. There will be the last Lishui soup left tomorrow, and then it will be supplemented by food.

Go directly to today's Moon Meal menu:

Breakfast: Pistachio nuts, eggs with shells, black sesame soybean milk, steamed bread and beans.

Lunch: pork tripe and lentil soup (invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness, benefiting qi and warming stomach), beef with dried tangerine peel (invigorating spleen and promoting qi circulation, appetizing and eliminating dampness, benefiting qi and nourishing blood), and stewed eggs with perch (nourishing blood, producing essence and tonifying kidney).

Afternoon tea: fruit, fruit sago and crystal jiaozi.

Dinner: Braised ribs with carrots (invigorating stomach, promoting qi circulation and tonifying deficiency), fried diced chicken with lotus seeds (nourishing yin and tonifying kidney, invigorating qi and tonifying deficiency), boiled partridge soup with yam (invigorating spleen and stomach, invigorating qi and tonifying deficiency), and emperor dishes.

Snacks: milk

The nutritionist said that the moon meal is divided into three stages. I'm in the first stage now. I should focus on "clearing" and go to lochia first, so what I eat these days is mostly diuresis to reduce swelling and lochia. By the way, share the nutrition and dietotherapy identification card at this stage!

The fourth day

Today's edema is much better than the previous two days. At that time, when I was discharged from the hospital, my calf was pressed by my finger and it was a nest. It took a long time to bounce back. I feel my shoes are loose these two days, and Lishui soup is really awesome.

Breakfast: steamed potatoes, peanut-flavored soybean milk, fungus, poached eggs, steamed buns and eight-treasure porridge.

Lunch: Steamed chicken with mushrooms, Coix seed beef soup, fried eel, emperor dish and Qiao Mai rice.

Afternoon tea: cake, pumpkin porridge, guava, cherry.

Dinner: pork tripe, Hu Aishan braised beef, corn sparerib soup, baby cabbage and purple rice.

Fifth day

Xiaoying, a nutritionist, came to make rounds today. Although my milk volume has increased during this period, I still feel insufficient.

Xiao Ying told me that two days ago, the prolactin helped me dredge my breast, and there will be prolactin soup in my diet from tomorrow. Only by dredging first and then increasing the amount of milk will it not be blocked.

Breakfast: almonds, eggs, shredded lettuce, Shao Shao, black sesame soybean milk, fish and yam porridge.

Lunch: prolactin soup, steamed perch, sesame chicken, Chinese cabbage and red bean rice.

Afternoon tea: jujube cake, sesame seeds, coix seed, yam milk tea (this is definitely not available outside), and yellow skin (invigorating qi and blood and harmonizing stomach).

Dinner: Fried beef with mushrooms, soup with lotus seeds, medlar and pig's heart, candied dates (anshen decoction specially prepared by nutritionist for me), and braised frog with soybeans.

Snacks: milk
