What health soups do you have?
Here are two kinds of healthy soups to make you healthy and delicious.

Lycium barbarum and red jujube black chicken soup

Ingredients: 40 grams of Lycium barbarum, 20 pieces of red dates, 2 pieces of ginger, black-bone chicken 1 piece. Stewed black-bone chicken with Radix Pseudostellariae

Practice: Wash the black-bone chicken, put the ginseng into the belly of the chicken, put it into a casserole, add water to boil, simmer until the chicken is cooked, add a little oil and salt to taste, eat meat and drink soup twice a day.
