1: Lianzi Zhuxin Decoction

Pig heart 1, lotus seed 60g, radix Pseudostellariae 30g, round meat 15g.

(1) Wash pig heart, lotus seed (heart removed), Pseudostellaria heterophylla and round meat.

(2) Put all the ingredients in a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil with strong fire, then simmer for 2 hours (or take lotus seeds as the degree) and forget it. It can also be used for neurasthenia due to spleen deficiency and weak qi, insomnia and palpitation.

2. Fish Head Jiannao Decoction: silver carp head 1, gastrodia elata 15g. Mushrooms, shrimps, diced chicken and various seasonings. Wash the silver carp, remove the tendons, and put some oil in the pot to heat it. Add silver carp head and fry for 30 seconds, add mushrooms, shrimps and diced chicken, stir-fry slightly, add gastrodia elata slices and water, onion, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate and other seasonings, and cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat. This soup is my best. It can strengthen the brain, refresh the brain, increase wisdom and soothe the nerves. It has a certain health care effect on dizziness, headache, boredom, insomnia, forgetfulness, thinking intolerance and memory loss.

3. Anshen Bunao Decoction: Polygonatum 30g, Polygonatum 30g, Cassia seed 9g, Chuanxiong 3g, ribs 500g, lean pork 100g. Ginger, minced garlic and cooking wine are appropriate. Decoct that above traditional Chinese medicines to remove residue, and collecting juice for later use; Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces. Wash pork and cut it into thin slices. Boil ribs, pork, ginger and minced garlic, take out foam, ginger and minced garlic, add the prepared medicinal juice, simmer for 30 minutes until the meat is cooked, and add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate. This soup tonifies the brain, calms the nerves and harmonizes qi and blood. It has certain curative effect on listlessness, dizziness, insomnia, forgetfulness and fatigue.

4. Bunao Yizhi Decoction: 250g eel, 20g pork liver and 20g wolfberry fruit. Chopped green onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate. Wash eel and pig liver separately, cut into pieces and mash Lycium barbarum. Stew the eel in proper amount of water for 10 minutes until cooked, then take it out and add cooking wine, lard, salt and monosodium glutamate. Then add Lycium barbarum, chopped green onion, soy sauce, starch and a little water to make a thick juice, add eel soup, stop when the pig liver is tender, and add monosodium glutamate. This soup can nourish the brain, improve intelligence and strengthen bones. Especially suitable for high school students.

5. Winter melon and prawn soup: 500 grams of winter melon, 8 prawns and a little parsley. Chopped green onion, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate. Peel and remove seeds from wax gourd, cut into cubes with a length of 3 ~ 4 cm and a thickness of 2.5 cm, boil in hot water for 9 ~ 10 min, and drain under supercooling. Shell prawns, remove the head and tail, sprinkle with a little salt and wine, and marinate for taste. Boil the wax gourd in a pot, and then pour in the prawns. When the shrimp turns red, take it out immediately and put it in a soup bowl for later use. Skim the soup, add wax gourd, season with salt, and sprinkle with coriander cut into 2 ~ 3 cm long. Boil and pour into a soup bowl filled with prawns, and pour in a little sesame oil. This soup is my son's favorite. It tastes delicious and has certain curative effect on listlessness and dizziness.

6. Papaya and soybean trotter soup: papaya 1, trotter 1, soybean 100g. Salt, chopped green onion and chicken essence are appropriate. Scrape the pig's foot skin clean, cut it into pieces, scald it with boiling water to remove fishy smell; Boil a proper amount of water in the pot, then add onion, ginger and cooking wine, and stew soybeans and pig's trotters for 2 hours; Peel and seed papaya, put it in a pot and stew for another half an hour. Turn off the fire, put it in a bowl, and sprinkle a little salt, chopped green onion and chicken essence before serving. This soup contains high-quality protein and vitamins, and has the effects of invigorating the spleen, stimulating appetite and strengthening the body.
