Find the knee eye and the lateral ankle from the outside of the leg, connect them into a line, then take the midpoint of this line and find the tibia on the leg. The outside of the front edge of the tibia is 1.5 inches, about two fingers wide, flush with the midpoint just now. This place is Fenglong point. Massage Fenglong point will cause slight pain.

Massage method: press the acupoints with the joints of thumb and forefinger for 3 minutes, and then press the acupoints clockwise for about 5 minutes, usually twice a day for 3 minutes each time.

2. Zusanli

Location: Upper abdomen, anterior midline, 4 inches above navel. The midpoint between the lower sternum and the navel is this point.

5. Guanyuan point
