How does the big health industry develop healthily?
Great health consumption is concentrated in East China, and the growth rate and income of China's great health industry are low.

As a new industry, health service industry has great regional differences in its development. At present, the consumption of big health industry in China is relatively high in economically developed East China. In contrast, the consumption of big health services in northwest and northeast China accounts for less than 10%. The regional differences are mainly caused by the unbalanced regional economic development in China, the localized management of medical institutions and the single practice of doctors.

In developed countries, the added value of health industry accounts for more than 15% of GDP, while China only accounts for 5% of GDP, which is lower than many developing countries. At present, the annual income of health industry in China is about 90 billion dollars, while the output value of health industry in the United States has exceeded 1 trillion dollars.

The outline of Healthy China Planning points out that the big health enterprises in China are facing development problems.

From 20 16 to 10, Healthy China 2030 clearly points out that the total scale of health service industry will exceed 8 trillion yuan in 2020 and 16 trillion yuan in 2030 respectively, and the strategy of "healthy China" will surely become an important engine for the development of medical and health industry in China.

China's big health industry enterprises have gradually developed and expanded. However, there are currently 83 concept stocks in Healthy China, and the number is relatively small. Even in the tide of listing biomedicine in Hong Kong, the development of big health industry enterprises in China still faces three major problems.

The lack of outstanding talents in the medical and health field restricts the development of listed enterprises. On the one hand, after "Healthy China 2030" was put forward by the state, the lack of R&D talents became a short board for the development of listed companies. On the other hand, compared with other industries, medical and health talents are highly technology-intensive, and the training period of these talents is long, especially for high-level management talents and creative high-end R&D talents, and the supply of talents is far from meeting the market demand.

Insufficient protection of medical and health-related intellectual property rights. First of all, compared with western countries, the level of intellectual property management in China still needs to be improved, and enterprises still need to invest a lot of energy in intellectual property protection. Secondly, product research and development in the medical and health industry is multidisciplinary and multi-disciplinary, which requires a lot of manpower, material resources, financial resources and time investment. The development of related products is more dependent on intellectual property protection than other industries, which puts forward higher requirements for enterprises. At the same time, with the internationalization of listed companies, the competition is becoming more and more fierce, and the phenomenon of industry infringement is frequent. Enterprises must increase investment in intellectual property rights and integrate with the international community as soon as possible.

The market is unpredictable and enterprises can't adapt quickly. On the one hand, China's economy is in the deep water area of transformation and upgrading, and its industry is in the stage of large-scale integration and upgrading. For enterprises, most of them have huge structures and cannot adapt quickly in a short time. On the other hand, in the past two years, a series of medical-related policies have been continuously implemented, and the rise of Internet medical care and the application of various new technologies have put forward higher innovation requirements for these enterprises. How to quickly adapt to this higher requirement has become a problem that must be considered and solved.
