What is a healthy diet? For most people, a healthy diet means more green food and no junk food. Green food is those foods that are pollution-free, high-quality and nutritious, including organic vegetables and meat, fruits and eggs. Foods with a healthy diet should have less salt and oil. Junk food is processed food with low nutrition, high calorie, high salt or high oil, such as French fries, fried chicken and salted eggs. These foods can lead to weight gain and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet and give up junk food to keep healthy.
