Content introduction:

Everyone, old and young, should pay attention to our lives-life is the most important and life is the most expensive. Our own health, happiness and longevity are the most fundamental problems in life.

What is the way of keeping in good health in Huangdi Neijing? In fact, it is eight words-"the law is in yin and yang, and it is in tricks."

"You can exchange money with your body when you are young, and you can exchange money with your body when you are old." Can I really exchange my body for money? I don't think it's possible.

The core idea of Huangdi Neijing is not only to teach us how to treat diseases, but also to teach us how not to get sick. There is also a metaphor in the book: "It is not too late to fight, and it is not too late to dig wells. It's too late to forge weapons when you are going to war, and to dig wells and draw water when you are thirsty. We should "nip in the bud" for the development of things and "treat the disease before it happens" for health. The core of "preventing disease" is health preservation, which is also a defense thought.
