" Therefore, summer nourishment helps Yang transform. Danxiyun: "The ancients must stay alone in summer and be tasteless, and take care of them wholeheartedly." Some chronic diseases that are prone to occur in winter, such as chronic bronchitis, are often nursed back to health in summer. "Su Wen Yin and Yang should be like a big theory" said: "What Yin contains is what Yang keeps; Yang is outside, and Yin is also making it. " It is hot in summer, and it often encounters heat and humidity. If the yin is weak, the yang has no basis.

"Su Wen Si Qi Diao Ling" says: "Autumn and March are called Rongping." In autumn, the weather is dry and the climate is cool. At this time, Yang began to disappear and Yin began to grow. At this time, Yin and Yang should be reconciled in time to reach an optimal state. Autumn is cold, the five elements belong to gold, and the five internal organs belong to the lungs.
