What are the basic pile methods of Xingyiquan?
The basic pile methods of Xingyiquan are: mixed pile, meridian pile, that is, three-body pile, dragon-dropping pile, tiger-symbol pile, five-fist pile, smashing pile and so on. Each pile method has different functions, different postures, different meanings and different purposes. A certain stacking method serves a certain purpose. These pile methods are summarized from practice by the predecessors and sages of Xingyiquan after long-term practice. The techniques, long methods and cultivation techniques of practicing Xingyiquan are all effective. Although these pile methods have their own emphasis, different postures and actions have different functions. But they are all practiced and supplemented around the three-body core pile method. This is my years of practical experience.

Boxing proverb says: "If you don't practice boxing, you will get nothing." This practice is the kung fu of fitness. It also includes the basic skills of Wushu. If you don't practice your body well, your body will be good, and all techniques are empty and useless. Therefore, boxing must be supported by merit, and merit must be shown through boxing. This is the relationship between practice and cultivation. The two complement each other and promote each other, both external and internal.
