I'm not interested in vegetables, but I like to eat meat, which can be said to be meatless. Breakfast, lunch and working days are usually eaten in the canteen, probably because the canteen is not delicious. I eat less breakfast and lunch, which leads to dinner being the biggest time of my day. For dinner, in most cases, I will choose what I like and eat more. I have eaten many times and I can't walk. ? Proper exercise. I don't get enough exercise, even though I go running every week. I sit too long at work and don't do much exercise from Monday to Friday. After dinner, I lay on the sofa.
