Why are more rural teachers no longer keen to transfer to the county seat?
I stayed in a rural primary school for half a year and found that almost all the teachers in the school were unwilling to transfer to the county seat. After asking, I found several reasons:

My rural primary school has two campuses, both in the village, but obviously, the branch school in the village is farther away, one is 40 minutes' drive from the urban area and the other is one hour's drive from the urban area. But all the teachers in the branch school are not only unwilling to transfer to the city, but also unwilling to transfer back to the campus near the city.

There are several teachers in the school. At first, they took classes together on campus and went to work together every day. It feels good. But later, after the children went to school, the couple decided to transfer the female teacher back to the city to take care of the children. Female teachers can get about 4600 in the branch school, and only 3700 when they are transferred back to the urban area, and their wages are several hundred less. A few hundred dollars may not seem like much, but it will be a lot of money after a long time, so salary reduction is the reason why some teachers are unwilling to go to the city.

At that time, my primary school was in a minority village, and the facilities were relatively backward. Many young people have nothing to do at home, so they choose to go out to work in factories and leave their children to the elderly at home. Some old people can't read at all, let alone help them with their homework. What they can do is to let them go to school every day and have food after school. They never ask about their academic performance. And because of the special school situation, the average score of the final exam is much lower, so the pressure on teachers will be less.

However, parents in urban areas pay more attention to their children. As long as the child fails in the exam once, parents will communicate with the teacher immediately. Excessive parents will directly push the responsibility to the teacher, and the pressure of the final exam will be even greater. In addition, demonstration classes and various cultural activities are often held in urban areas, which consumes a lot of energy. So many teachers are still willing to stay in the countryside.

In the past, the traffic was not so developed, and it was not convenient for many rural teachers to go home. They may only go back once a week or a month, while those who are farther away have to wait until the winter and summer vacations.

But now the traffic is very convenient, and many teachers have cars. Everyone buys a house in the city and drives home one hour after work. Sometimes it takes an hour or two to drive in traffic jams in the city. Based on this situation, everyone is still willing to stay in rural primary schools.

Although the balanced development of education has been advocated, there are still differences between urban and rural teaching. As parents, they definitely want to send their children to a good school. In the past, the traffic was inconvenient and I wanted to go back to the city to solve the problem of children's education. But now almost all teachers buy school districts in urban areas, and they are not worried about their children's enrollment and later counseling. So I'm not so persistent about going to the city.

Based on the above reasons, we can still understand the teachers' practices. Middle-aged teachers, in particular, all want to relax and teach in a pure land, instead of competing for fame and fortune elsewhere.

After three years of communication, I went to the countryside, and after one semester, I was deeply touched. First of all, there is no complicated investigation in rural areas, the school is small in scale and there are not many leaders, all of which are courses. Everyone has teaching exchanges with each other, there is not much bureaucracy, and the relationship between colleagues is harmonious. Secondly, working in this harmonious environment, I am in a good mood, and I naturally have the mind to do some competitions I want to participate in without all kinds of inspections. In recent years, in the urban area, students are busy with various exams every day, but they have no time to calm down and think and do their own scientific research. In the first half year of going to the countryside, I wrote more articles than in the previous five or six years, and the quality was also high. In addition, in terms of teachers' salaries, due to subsidies in rural areas, rural wages are higher than those in cities. In rural areas, promotion is easier because there are fewer teachers, less competition and more opportunities in the same school. Of course, there are some shortcomings. The resources of teaching facilities in rural areas are worse than those in cities, with more problem students and worse grades. Another point is that parents of students get along better in rural areas, and the pressure from parents is much less. However, for a young teacher, no matter where he is, he should work hard and not relax his professional development. Standing at the age of 30, I finished my studies before 30 and gave birth to two babies. I hope I can cherish the post-30 s days, educate my own children, educate others' children, and do a good job in my career growth. ...

I am a rural teacher, even if I have to pass the exam every year to enter the county school, I am not very willing. There are three reasons:

First, teachers who enter the county must sign an agreement with the county education bureau. The core of the agreement is to reduce the use of posts, that is, if the first-level (intermediate) teachers use them according to the second-level (junior) teachers, their wages will be reduced even if they are not high. I don't want to lose more than four or five hundred jobs a month. There are too many schools in the county, even if they are admitted, they don't know how many years they will have to wait before they can become intermediate teachers.

Second, the county schools have large classes and many students, and students are difficult to teach. Maybe they will meet constantly chauffeured people like the director and the county magistrate. Besides, even if you go to school in the county, you have to start all over again. Whether you are 40 or 50, the class is the heaviest, and you can't pout. You must learn to endure humiliation.

Third, where there are people, there are rivers and lakes. Although it looks like fair recruitment, it is actually full of water. A county school recruits two subjects in one subject. Those with backgrounds have already said hello and entered the county school through legal channels. The other is to accompany the prince to study, which is useless!

Fourth, although rural students are gradually decreasing (the general trend of urbanization is not that teachers are not dedicated), there are fewer students, but the work is easier than that in the county. There is only one shortcoming, that is, there are many fights and disputes are handled at any time. And the title is better than the county seat, after all, the policy is.

Fifth, age and tide wait for no man, children are older. There are not many things I need to take care of at home. It is not a big problem to go to work in the morning and evening. I can get home and go to school in over an hour. Rural subsidies are considered as sponsorship for oil companies.

Before the start of school, the deputy director of the county education and sports bureau in charge of personnel once again found the headmaster Yan of a township middle school, asked him to go through the formalities in the personnel unit and transferred his lover to Chengguan Experimental Primary School, but the headmaster Yan declined politely.

President Yan has served as the principal of township middle schools for many years. According to the unwritten rules of the Education and Sports Bureau, couples can enter the city, but why did the couple refuse to enter the city? I asked them privately, and they explained it like this. I think it is very reasonable and representative. It is a close-up and can be used as an answer to this question.

First, wage income has decreased. Teacher Yan has 34 years of teaching experience. In rural middle schools, she can enjoy monthly subsidies for villages and towns in 500 yuan, subsidies for remote villages and towns in 300 yuan, subsidies for talents in villages and towns in 180 yuan, and increased housing accumulation fund, with a total monthly amount of not less than 1000 yuan. After entering the city, these benefits are gone.

Second, the labor intensity has increased. In remote rural schools, due to the age of Mr. Yan and the face of President Yan, there are about 5 or 6 classes a week, and the work is very easy. If you go to the city, not only the weekly workload will reach more than 12, but also endless work such as teaching and research, welcoming inspection, poverty alleviation, epidemic prevention and civilized persuasion. Too tired!

Third, interpersonal relationships are complex. In rural middle schools, interpersonal relationships are very simple. Teachers often have dinner together, chat and have fun, and rarely form gangs and intrigue, so they don't need to look at people's faces. After entering the city, a large number of leaders' families and "Gao Qian" children crowded the classroom. They had to be careful in their words and deeds and often felt blamed. Too bitter!

Fourth, the quality of life has decreased. Although rural schools are a bit rustic, living conditions are a bit bitter, and cultural and entertainment life is a bit less, but the environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, there is no noise pollution, and there is no crowding and fatigue when going to work. They all eat fresh vegetables by themselves, and their quality of life is actually higher than that of urban schools.

At present, except for young teachers and teachers with special circumstances, most rural teachers in our county, especially middle-aged and elderly rural teachers, are reluctant to enter the city.

I am a rural teacher, and several students teach in county schools. I often play with them during holidays, and they all envy me in rural schools. It is said that urban schools have no advantages except that their homework is better than that of rural schools.

There is a 30-year-old beauty in our school She participated in three competitions a few years ago and performed very well. The two best primary schools in the city have already extended an olive branch to her, hoping that she can be transferred in. She has never been tempted. We asked her why she didn't go to town, and she said it was boring.

First, parents in urban schools have higher requirements for teachers than parents in rural schools, and the pressure on teachers is relatively greater.

She told us privately that the schools in the city just sounded good, not as comfortable as those in the countryside. Parents in the city spoil their children, so teachers should always pay attention to their words and deeds.

Unlike rural schools, children who don't understand and do wrong homework can be excluded from music, physical beauty and science classes. Leave them in the office and tell them what they did wrong. If you do this in the city, parents will complain to the school or the bureau that you have deprived their children of the right to study other courses.

Parents in the city are more concerned about their children's study and less do not do their homework. However, if the child's performance in this exam is worse than the last one, parents will ask the teacher about the child regardless of time, so that the teacher has no time of his own, which is very annoying.

In a new class, if your child's grades are lower than before, some parents will ask the school leaders for a new teacher regardless of the actual situation and the teacher's feelings, which will make you lose face.

Second, the class size of schools in cities is larger. There are basically more than 50 students in each class, and some are even more exaggerated, with 6 or 70 students.

My classmates often complain to me that there are 60 people in her class, with the podium in front and the wall behind. It takes half a day to change homework every time, not to mention preparing lessons. In order to accomplish these tasks, she often takes her lessons home to preview. Sometimes I take some books home for correction. She is so envious that I only taught 42 students.

Third, schools in cities have more activities and inspections than schools in rural areas.

Schools in the city involve recruiting high-quality students, so they often engage in activities. What development, art festival, speech, composition contest, manual contest, calligraphy contest, handwritten newspaper contest and so on. In addition, the school often conducts various evaluations, which invisibly increases the workload for teachers.

Four, urban schools are not as easy as rural schools to evaluate senior titles.

The country now allocates more evaluation and promotion places to rural schools every year than before. Just like our school, there were three senior teachers in primary and secondary schools 10 last year. This does not include the part of rural schools where people who have been teaching for more than 30 years do not occupy the quota.

I am the only one in our class who plays well and is rated as a senior teacher. One is a junior professional title, and the rest are first-class teachers. They envied me and joked that they would change schools with me.

Now the roads are well paved, it is very convenient to ride or drive, and the bustling city is no longer out of reach.

Now 95% teachers in rural schools have bought houses in the county. It is convenient for them to go to work by car or bus. Enjoy the prosperity of city life at night and holidays. Walking, shopping, square dancing and exercising on the playground are no longer what teachers in cities like, but also teachers in rural areas.

6. Rural teachers still have a monthly subsidy of one or two hundred yuan for rural teachers, which urban teachers do not have.

For example, in our region, rural teachers in dam areas, mountainous areas and mountainous areas are subsidized by 180 yuan, 240 yuan and 300 yuan respectively. Although the money is not much, it is good in the long run.

Seven, the family situation of rural school teachers is similar, while the family background of urban school teachers is much more complicated, and they accidentally offended the family of a leader.

My classmate, who is still a junior professional title, offended the wife of a leader because of a mishandling. Leaders greet bureau leaders, and bureau leaders greet school leaders. So my classmate has been teaching for almost 30 years, and he is still a junior professional title.

Conclusion: Because of the above points, schools in cities have lost their advantages. Many teachers have stayed in rural schools for a long time and really don't want to transfer to cities.

Although rural children don't finish their homework, compared with the pressure of urban schools, the disadvantages of urban schools can be ignored.

There are several main reasons:

First, in the past, rural teachers were keen to transfer to county towns because their salaries were higher. At one stage, all towns and villages in the same county have cut their finances, and the salaries of teachers in all towns and villages are paid by the towns and villages as a whole. At that time, due to the backward economic development in Duzi Township, the salaries of rural teachers could not be paid at all, which was about one-third less than that of county-level school teachers under the same conditions. At present, the salaries of teachers in the same county are uniformly distributed by the county finance, and the salary income of township teachers is higher than that of county teachers. In terms of salary, county schools have no advantage over rural teachers.

Second, rural schools are easier to evaluate professional titles than county schools. Because the policy of professional titles is inclined to rural schools, the requirements for evaluating senior professional titles in rural schools are obviously lower than those in county schools. In rural schools, you can directly declare senior titles after reaching a certain teaching age, but there are still quota restrictions in county schools, and there are many excellent teachers in county schools, and the competition between them is more intense. Therefore, it is obviously more difficult to evaluate senior titles in county schools than in rural schools.

Third, the class size of county schools is too large, which makes the management and teaching burden of county teachers heavier. Moreover, teaching in the county, school leaders and parents of students have higher requirements and stricter standards for teachers, which leads to great work pressure for teachers in the county. Comparatively speaking, teachers in rural schools have less work pressure.

Of course, teaching in the county has some advantages. If you live in a city, you can work near your home. It is convenient to take care of the children who go to school in the county and let them receive a better education. However, compared with the past, teaching in villages and towns has many advantages over teaching in county towns, so more rural teachers are no longer keen on moving to cities to work. Exactly: thirty years in Hedong, thirty years in Hexi.

Tell the story of our school, and you will know why more rural teachers are no longer keen on transferring to the county seat.

I am a rural high school teacher. When I was young, I was always keen to transfer to the county seat. In order to transfer to the county seat, on the one hand, I tried to make achievements, on the other hand, I tried to find a way, but it didn't work. I have been in the countryside for nearly twenty years. Last year, the county-run school was hired, and the school teachers were overstaffed. The Education Bureau requires some teachers to return to work in the city, but teachers are unwilling to return to work in the city, giving various reasons. Some teachers even try their best to find relationships in order to stay in the city and not return to work. This is the general trend. I summed up the reasons. There are several reasons why rural teachers are no longer keen to transfer to the county seat:

First, in recent years, the state has continuously increased subsidies for rural teachers, which are distributed in three grades in our county. In the first gear, those who have worked in the countryside for less than 10 will be subsidized monthly to 450 yuan, those who have worked in the countryside for more than 10 but less than 20 years will be subsidized monthly to 650 yuan, and those who have worked in the countryside for more than 20 years will be subsidized monthly to 800 yuan. On the contrary, county schools do not have this rural subsidy. In addition, teachers in urban schools are now prohibited from making up lessons because various additional subsidies do not allow schools to make random hair. Under the condition of the same professional title and the same working years, the punching time of urban teachers is lower than that of rural teachers.

Secondly, rural roads have been upgraded, and it takes less than half an hour to drive back to the city and get home. In addition, there is a direct bus from the school to the county seat. In order to improve teachers' sense of acquisition, our city has issued bus cards for teachers in the city, and they can take the bus for free. The school has a canteen, and teachers have a certain catering subsidy. In this way, working in rural schools basically doesn't cost a penny every month.

Third, rural teachers have relatively less work pressure and are relatively relaxed, and there are no classes, inspections, lesson preparation, etc. On the other hand, there are a lot of inspections, studies and meddling in urban schools, and the class capacity of county schools is large, and some teachers are overworked.

Fourthly, with the rural revitalization, the improvement of rural living environment and the fresh air in rural areas, the relationship between colleagues is also simple, and there is not much intrigue. There are trees all around our school. It's natural oxygen. A few years ago, it was said that female teachers who could not be pregnant came to our school to teach and became pregnant, which showed that they were really suitable for health preservation.

Fifth, in recent years, the index and evaluation of professional titles have tilted towards rural teachers. Under the same conditions, rural teachers are more likely to obtain professional titles.

In short, except for the student factor, rural schools have completely defeated urban schools. Just like now, in addition to going to Beishangguang, giving you rural hukou and giving you urban hukou, most people are willing to choose rural hukou.

Conclusion: To sum up, the above five reasons have caused rural teachers to be no longer keen on transferring to the county.

This is not absolute, but there are fewer counties than before.

First, because of the concern and care for rural teachers, in addition to spiritual encouragement such as honor, there are subsidies for rural teachers and their professional titles are tilted.

Second, the traffic is developed now, and most rural teachers are in towns and villages. Many teachers live in county towns and work in rural areas. Now they don't study early or work at night. Many rural teachers go out early and come back late, and have lunch at school.

Third, the teaching and living conditions in rural areas have also improved, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.

A: With the same professional title and teaching experience, the income of rural teachers is more than 1000 yuan.

There is little difference between cities and rural areas now.

The air in the country is better,

Parents are simple, children are great,

The salary is relatively high.

Many rural primary and secondary school teachers have settled down in the countryside and become accustomed to rural life. In particular, some people are rural people or work in villages and towns, so it is even more inconvenient to really transfer to the county seat. Ten years later, some teachers who worked in the county town, because their homes were rural and they were old, gave their houses to their children and transferred to rural schools against the trend, hoping to retire in the countryside and live an idyllic life.

Secondly, rural teachers are subsidized at the grassroots level, and rural teachers are also taken care of in promotion. For example, last year, there were no limit to senior teachers at the grass-roots level in our town, and 60 teachers were successfully promoted to deputy senior level, accounting for nearly one-seventh of all teachers. It's not so easy in the city. This year, the salaries of these senior teachers in Jin increased by 1000 yuan. If some of these teachers transfer to cities, they can only be paid as primary and secondary school teachers, and it is difficult to be promoted again.

Some young teachers still have the intention to transfer to the county seat. However, the relevant departments have strict control over this, and generally no receiving unit can be found. They can only buy houses in the county and work in the countryside. Fortunately, the traffic is developed and there are private cars, which is not difficult.

Thirdly, rural teachers are less stressed and more free than county teachers, which is also a big advantage.
