How to improve the quality of education and teaching and how to carry out the educational reform of the new Chinese curriculum in primary schools are topics that Chinese teachers are interested in and worth discussing. As a Chinese teacher, I have never stopped thinking about Chinese curriculum and teaching reform; Never stop learning the new curriculum theory; I have never stopped observing and reflecting on the practice of Chinese teaching in primary schools. The new teaching concept tells us that the past courses put too much emphasis on rote learning, and the teaching mode of mechanical training deprived students of their autonomy. However, the current teaching advocates students' active participation, diligent exploration and hands-on training, and cultivates students' abilities of collecting and processing information, acquiring new knowledge, analyzing and solving problems, and communicating and cooperating. So I reflect on the lessons I tried to find in the past and pay too much attention to knowledge infusion. Therefore, in the future primary school Chinese teaching, we should pay attention to the following aspects.
First, create a classroom to stimulate interest
Interest is the best teacher. Interest is not a burden, this sentence is full of profound truth. When students are not interested in knowledge, no matter how small the task is, it is an insurmountable "gap". On the other hand, when you have a strong interest in knowledge, you will have a strong desire to keep moving forward, eager for new knowledge, want to know, and you will devote yourself to the study you are interested in. Teachers' responsibility lies in cultivating and stimulating students' potential interest in learning with rich educational experience, wisdom and educational art, so that they are in an "activated" state, thus erupting strong learning motivation. Teachers' responsibility lies not in imparting, but in inspiring, awakening and encouraging. Therefore, in teaching, teachers should combine the contents of the subjects they teach to stimulate students' interest in learning, so that not only the classroom effect is good, but more importantly, students are fully engaged, which is conducive to the cultivation of knowledge mastery ability, which is the key to the success of a class, otherwise the classroom effect will not be very good. In Chinese teaching, we should be good at grasping the content of each class, and skillfully set up introductions or questions or classroom activities related to life to stimulate students' interest in learning.
Second, create a happy, democratic and open classroom.
In the classroom, teachers should be good at creating a classroom learning environment of mutual respect, understanding and tolerance through various means and methods, so that students can feel close to teachers, that is, emotional security and psychological ease. Sometimes the teacher's vivid and wise language, an implicit smile, an encouraging word, an inspiring and creative question, an exploration activity that stimulates students' strong learning motivation. All these can create a good learning environment, so that students can not only learn knowledge, form skills, but also get rich emotional experience. Only in such a classroom can students' thinking not be suppressed, different voices will be generated and different views will bloom freely. Only in this way can the classroom be full of emotional pleasure, students' emotions can be stretched, their personalities can be publicized, the potential of life can be continuously developed and the quality of life can be continuously improved. Every child's potential will be brought into full play. Teachers should fill the classroom with "love", love every student, cherish every young heart and build a happy home for students with their own happiness.
Third, create a successful and efficient classroom.
This is manifested in two aspects: first, for students. How many students are effective in the class after a class, including excellent students, average students and poor students. The second is the efficiency level. If it is inefficient or only effective for a few students, then this class can't be regarded as a relatively successful class. In this sense, this course should be substantial. Everyone has something to do in the whole process. Through teaching, some changes have taken place among the students. Suhomlinski said: "Every student is concrete. Students in a class have different study habits, behaviors, thinking qualities and hobbies, which requires us to pay attention to the development and learning growth of students at different levels." An education expert once said, "If we only teach children knowledge, we should just tell them directly. The art of education lies in enlightening and awakening". Teachers awaken their inspiration, desire for expression and potential for innovation. Many teachers pay attention to excellent students in class. When we pour our love into students, especially good students, don't forget a corner that is easily forgotten-the "weak" who needs more attention. It should be said that teachers are concerned about not only the children's present, but also the children's tomorrow and future. Only when teachers plant the seed of concern in their own hearts can this seed take root and sprout, and can they really pay attention to the development of students. Therefore, in teaching, teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude and design different questions according to the intelligence level of different students, so that different students can develop and improve at the original level. After a class, no matter whether you learn well or not, you must gain something. Such a class is a successful class.
Fourth, create a normal and practical classroom.
Most of our teachers are deeply influenced by open classes. When someone is listening, it is easy to make a mistake, that is, they are over-prepared. The teacher worked hard to prepare lessons and the students were very excited. When they arrive at the classroom, they are ready to perform, just like performing. However, a lot of preparation is nothing new in class, which is the reappearance of prepared things. Such a class is not a good one. Of course, preview before class is beneficial to students' study. But the classroom has its unique value. This value lies in its free space. This space needs the collision of ideas and the corresponding discussion. Finally, in this process, teachers and students generate many new things with each other. Therefore, the teacher should do it, even if the principal comes and the director comes, you should be there. You teach for students, not for people. So I think the classes that teachers should take should be such classes-plain classes, that is, ordinary classes. If it is true, there is nothing wrong, because it is an indicator of truth. If an open class wants to be a class without any problems, then the preset goal itself is wrong. This kind of presupposition adds a lot of psychological pressure to the teacher, and then makes a lot of preparations. The final effect is that it will not "shine". Therefore, a teacher's class should be a real class. If there is no practical value, it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum standards.
In short, the new curriculum standard advocates independent, cooperative and inquiry-based learning methods, taking students as the foundation and giving classes to students. Teachers should focus on building an autonomous classroom so that students can learn efficiently in a lively state. Give students some rights and let them choose for themselves; Give students some opportunities to experience for themselves; Give the student some difficulties and let him solve them by himself; Give the student a question and let him find the answer by himself; Give students a condition to exercise by themselves; Give the student a space to explore by himself. As teachers in the new era, we should keep learning and keep pace with the times, so as to broaden the road of educational reform and better teach students to learn how to learn and how to be a man.
