Colla Corii Asini is a valuable Chinese medicine, which is also called the three treasures of Chinese medicine with ginseng and velvet antler. It has been a good product for keeping fit since ancient times. Especially in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, there are many ways to supplement Ejiao in winter, and the usage is different. As a medicine, you should follow the doctor's advice. As a health care, the following methods are recommended.
1. Dissolution method: Mash Colla Corii Asini (put it on a hard table with writing paper or cloth and pound it into powder with a hammer), put 3-9 grams (about one third of each tablet) into a cup, add a little rock sugar, rinse with boiling water or medicinal juice, stir and take it after cooling.
2. Traditional method: take 250g donkey-hide gelatin, mash it, put it into a covered container, add 250g (or ml) of crystal sugar, yellow wine and water, soak it for 24-48h until the donkey-hide gelatin softens without lumps, add appropriate amount of black sesame, walnut kernel, jujube and longan pulp as needed, stir it evenly, and steam it in a pot for 0.5-1h. It has obvious curative effect on soreness of waist and knees, fear of cold, common cold, tinnitus and weakness of limbs. Taking Ejiao regularly in this way can strengthen the body, delay aging and prolong life.
3, food therapy:
Users can add Ejiao to eat when cooking, cooking and drinking water according to their own preferences. For example:
① Gum porridge
Cook glutinous rice 100g, add donkey-hide gelatin 15g, slightly cook, and stir to melt.
Functions: nourishing blood, stopping bleeding, nourishing yin, moistening lung and preventing miscarriage.
② Ejiao Egg Soup
Stew donkey-hide gelatin, add a spoonful of honey and wash an egg. It is best to take it before breakfast every day.

④ Ejiao sweet meat
Production: 250g lean meat is washed and cut into pieces. When cooked, add 20 grams of donkey-hide gelatin, 50 grams of sugar and 5 pieces of pepper to stew until cooked. Fire depends on thick juice. Function: Treating anemia.
⑤ Ejiao wine
Cut 80g donkey-hide gelatin into small pieces (or mash it), put it in a small jar, pour in a proper amount of yellow wine, boil the jar on slow fire, and add yellow wine to the jar while cooking until the wine is completely gelatin-like. When the medicinal liquor is about 500ml, it can be cooled and put into a bottle. Take/kloc-0 every morning, noon and evening, and drink 20 ~ 30 ml warm on an empty stomach each time.
Efficacy: nourishing blood to stop bleeding, nourishing yin and moistening lung.
Indications: blood deficiency and sallow, fatigue and emaciation, dull complexion, dizziness and palpitation, cough due to yin deficiency, etc.
⑥ Stewed pheasant with Ejiao.
Wash 200g of wild chicken, blanch it with boiling water to remove blood, scoop it up and put it in a stew pot, add soup, donkey-hide gelatin (steamed 30g), 12 red dates, ginger slices, scallions and salt, cover the stew pot and put it in a cage for 2 hours.
⑦ Boiled red dates with Ejiao
Take 10 jujube and put it in the pot. Add appropriate amount of water and cook. Add 6 grams of mashed donkey-hide gelatin, dissolve it, and season with appropriate amount of brown sugar. Eat soup and dates. Efficacy: nourishing blood and strengthening spleen. Indications: Deficiency of both heart and spleen, palpitation and insomnia, etc.
