Management fee is the fee charged by the decoration company to manage and supervise the decoration workers and materials on the construction site when the owner is decorating, which is generally around 10%.
3. Foundation construction cost
That is, the current labor cost accounts for about 30-40% of the decoration cost. Accessories include cement, sand, gypsum board, light steel keel, putty, latex, etc. In some places, the management and supervision fees for latex paint and decoration materials are generally around 10%.

1, set the reserve price. A budget list contains a lot of contents, but in fact it is only a budget framework, and some traps are in this framework. Before the budget starts, the design company may enthusiastically ask you how much you are going to spend on decoration, which may be well-intentioned, but it may also constitute a trap.
2. Once the owner has quoted his own psychological price, some companies will piece together this budget price, and some will make a "fake" budget table to deceive the owner through reverse calculation, instead of really calculating according to the actual workload. Therefore, for the trap of "fixing the floor price" of decoration companies, we must tell the designer our design ideas, and then let him make a budget according to this requirement, saying, "I will control the price myself and I have the ability to pay." Remember not to give each other the bottom.
3. For fuzzy projects, in the budget table, a construction project, such as flooring, is often covered by a total quotation, and the following budgets are given: living room floor (28 square meters), icon floor/square meter, and artificial materials/square meter. From the total price point of view, there is no obvious untimely, but the artificial materials are not clearly marked.
