The Yellow Emperor led a joint army of northern nationalities to wage a war with Chiyou in Zhuolu, Hebei. After killing Chiyou, he felt that the people under his rule had neither culture (writing had not been created at that time) nor agricultural production skills, and were often sick? Sleepy, it is difficult to govern the country well, so he went to consult the Queen Mother of the West, who said to him, "If you want to govern the country and the people well, it will not be achieved in a few years. You are almost 50 years old, and you have to live for another 50 years to realize your grand plan. " After hearing this, the Yellow Emperor asked the Queen Mother of the West, "How can I live in my fifties?" The Queen Mother of the West said to him, "Go to Kongtong Mountain and ask Guangchengzi to teach you how to live a long life." The yellow emperor asked again, "who is guangchengzi?" The Queen Mother of the West replied, "He was the third disciple of the Buddha in the early Yuan Dynasty. He is now 1400 years old. You should sincerely beg him and touch him. Maybe he can teach you the truth! " The Yellow Emperor listened to the instructions of the Queen Mother of the West, returned to the station, arranged the work of his wife (Luo Zu) and other ministers, and went to Kongtong Mountain thousands of miles away. Outside the cave, the boy guarding the cave asked, "Are you the Yellow Emperor? Grandfather said, you have many important events in governing the country, so it is very important. You'd better manage the country first, and then consider practicing! " He was never allowed to enter the cave to see his grandfather. The Yellow Emperor was overwhelmed, so he had to return to his post (probably in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province), check all the work, and rearrange the tasks for his wife and ministers. He was busy for nearly a month and came to Kongtong Mountain again, but Guang still refused to see him. In this way, I walked back and forth five times, and finally moved Guang, ordered him to enter the cave, and said to him, "You can only study in my cave for half a year. After you have basically mastered the initial stage of enlightenment, you have to go back. " Guang said to him: "The way to live forever lies in being indifferent, being calm, self-righteous, clear and quiet, not stretching and shaking the essence, and living forever." Besides, he was actually instructed to practice introductory kung fu. After half a year's practice, he got through the second pulse of Ren Du, and realized "Tong Qi Zhou Xiaotian", so he was told to hurry back to govern the country and seek welfare for the people.
After he returned to the station, he ordered Luo Zu to manage sericulture, lead women to plant mulberry and raise silkworms, and then weave cotton for ministers to wear; He ordered several ministers such as tripterygium wilfordii and zeebe to look for Shennong, learn the knowledge of identifying herbs and how to treat people with herbs, and ordered Cang Xie and other artificial words. After arranging everything, he ordered people to carry the bed and luggage into a cave, and ordered people to stay outside the cave to prevent idle people from entering. He is practicing in the cave. At first, he went out once every three days, ate something, then went into the cave, and gradually developed into going out once every seven days, eating and bathing, and then went into the cave to practice. With determination and perseverance that ordinary people can't do, he worked hard for nine years, and finally became a "long-lived Gong Xuan". He got through the Twelve Classics and the Extraordinary Classics, opened the "Tianmen" and realized the communication between man and heaven and earth. Then he returned to the seat of the Central Committee, told some reliable and diligent ministers about the situation, and taught the practice of "Zhou Xiao Tiangong" to tripterygium wilfordii, Zeebe, Cang Xie and Luo Zu.
When Qi Bo and Lei Gong learned about it, they wrote these "secrets" into Huangdi Neijing? Lingshu and Huangdi Neijing? , son,? In The Theory of Ancient Naivety, he clearly wrote his teachings to his liege: "Ancient real people (that is, people who know) were in harmony with Taoism, and the law was based on Yin and Yang, with moderate diet and regular life, so they were in harmony with God and died when they were 100 years old."
In other words, the most basic method of keeping in good health must first conform to the changes of nature, change clothes according to the changes of the four seasons, arrange work and rest time, be sensitive to the climate change of nature, raise more yang in spring and summer, and raise more in autumn and winter; Secondly, we should take mental and emotional conditioning as an important measure of health preservation, so as to be indifferent and quiet, "to nourish the mind internally, and evil cannot be done." Fundamentally speaking, all kinds of exercise and nutritious food are only auxiliary means of health preservation. The most fundamental thing is that the human body's own resistance is particularly strong.
In addition to these contents, the Yellow Emperor also ordered his ministers Zeebe and Lei Gong to write the secrets of the twelve meridians, Ren Du and Qi Jing, and the fact that the human body has 365 acupoints, into two Huangdi Neijing. The word "secret" is used because although these wonderful discoveries have been written in many chapters of the book, they are very detailed, but only a few people in later generations can understand them. Zhou Wenwang of the Western Zhou Dynasty helped him a lot when he wrote Zhouyi. I know that he wrote his own experience into the Tao Te Ching. The "Eight Immortals" in the Tang Dynasty and Sun Simiao, the drug king, all understood that they had reached the realm of immortals; Chen Zhuan understands; Zhang Sanfeng in Jin and Yuan Dynasties knew it, but Li Shizhen, a great doctor in Ming Dynasty, didn't understand it. In the process of writing Compendium of Materia Medica, he repeatedly read Ling Shu and Su Wen. What he doesn't understand is: How did the Yellow Emperor know that there were twelve classic and strange classics in the human body four thousand years ago? How do you know that the human body has 365 acupoints? He said: "Meridian is invisible and intangible. How did the Yellow Emperor know? " Many doctors in the Ming Dynasty couldn't answer these questions. Later, Li Shizhen met some Taoist experts, and someone taught him the practice of "Zhou Xiao excelling in nature". After practicing for more than half a year, one day I suddenly shouted: "I am the second pulse!" " Surprised, he wrote his personal experience into Compendium of Materia Medica, saying: "Only people who look at meridians and nuclear acupoints can check!" It is said that apart from Li Shaobo and several of his disciples, there are very few people in the domestic medical field who get through the second pulse of Ren Du, because they have never practiced it personally.
The author is a little; In this way, I hope that people in the medical and Taoist circles can catch up, inherit the precious heritage of our ancestors and carry it forward!
