I. Modification of online banking: Taking ICBC as an example.
1. First log in to ICBC's homepage and click Personal Online Banking to log in;
2. Enter the login page, enter the user name, password and verification code in the boxes indicated by the red arrow respectively, and finally click Login;
3. At this time, you will enter the main interface of the bank and find the customer service (indicated by the red arrow) in the classic view;
4. Click Customer Service. After entering, you can see that there are many options in the sidebar on the left. Find the query and modify the customer contact information.
5. Click Query to modify customer contact information. At this point, the type of contact information will be displayed. Click the drop-down box and select a mobile phone.
6. Click Query, and the previously set reserved mobile phone number will pop up. In the red label 1, fill in the mobile phone number to be reserved, and then click Add;
7. Enter the new confirmation page. The mobile phone number to be reserved will be displayed at the green mark for further confirmation. Then use ICBC's electronic password device, enter the verification code, get the dynamic password, fill in the verification code, and finally click OK.
2. Modification of business hall: 1. Take your ID card and bank card, go to the bank outlet near you and tell the lobby manager to modify the reserved mobile phone number; 2. Handle the "inquiry and maintenance of personal customer contact information" business of the Bank, and inquire whether there is a mobile phone number in the contact information and mobile phone contact information; If the mobile phone number doesn't exist, tell the salesperson to add a mobile phone number. 4. If the mobile phone number already exists, please tell the salesperson to change the mobile phone number, and then tell the mobile phone number.
