Activity introduction

In order to call on all students to cherish life, care for themselves and cultivate a positive and healthy attitude, the mental health education service center of our hospital held a mental health theme activity of "Let happiness start from the heart, let health start from the heart" on May 25th, "National College Students' Mental Health Day".

Activity content

The activity is divided into four sections, namely "Flying Trouble, Happy Station", "Love Hug, Little Bear Stick", "If you are happy, take a picture of Xu Jun" and "Surrounded by greenery, handed down from bag to bag". In the section of "Trouble of Flying, Happy Station", students wrote down their own post-it notes one after another, put them into the mailbox of the tree hole, poured their troubles into the tree hole and released their psychological pressure.
