Natural Resources of Yimeng Mountain National Geopark
Mengshan has a beautiful environment and dense forests, with a forest coverage rate of 90% and a high content of negative oxygen ions. It belongs to the ultra-clean area and is known as the "natural oxygen bar".

Mengshan has excellent water quality and is rich in trace elements such as selenium, strontium and metasilicic acid, which are extremely beneficial to human body.

Yimeng Mountain Tourist Area is known as a "natural classroom" because of its diverse topography and rich animal and plant resources. The northern virgin forest has a relatively complete wildlife system, which is a rare wild wolf distribution area in Shandong Province.

Mengshan Mountain is covered with mountains and peaks, deep ravines, lush, waterfalls and springs, and the scenery is wonderful. Known as "seventy-two peaks, ninety-nine valleys and thirty-six holes". The unique natural environment and ecological conditions make Mengshan a famous holy place for health and longevity, and an ideal place for eco-tourism, sports and leisure, health and holiday.

The park has a peculiar geological structure and rich natural geological resources, especially the granite formed around 2.7 billion years developed well, among which adamellite and granodiorite are one of the best exposed areas in China. Kimberly Diamond Park is rich in diamonds, which is the only primary diamond mine in Asia and has great scientific and ornamental value.
