There are many items to check.

This is just the general process.

1. The trolley has a design specification. First, lay the track according to the design gauge (pay attention to the leveling of the site), and drive the formwork trolley to the track.

2. The center line between the two rails is the center line of the tunnel. At this point, the ball hangs down from the template interface at the top of the platform. It should be noted here that qualified trolleys cannot have joints in the middle of the vault, and they are generally staggered by 30cm. This can also be found in the design of the car, as long as they are hung in that position and the distance from the center line conforms to the design of the car. (This step is not calibration, but the car is in place, because after the two rails of the car are fixed, the upper part can still move left and right, and both ends should be hoisted. )

Just now, the position of the car is horizontal. Then, open the formwork trolley to ensure that the height from the lower edge of the trolley to the ground is consistent with the design. Generally, it overlaps with the construction joint of the small side wall 10cm (because outside the hole, we must first know the elevation of the construction joint of the small side wall and the floor elevation in the hole, and then subtract the overlapping length from the height difference). Be sure to be accurate, and it is best to use a level, which is also the reason why the site is required to be flat.

4, after the completion of the in place, if the total station has a section scanning program, directly change the clearance size of the section into the tunnel to check the template outline. (Some units will increase the formwork and secondary lining on the basis of tunnel clearance, and the internal contour section of secondary lining to be constructed shall prevail. )

If the total station has no attached program, then take the drawings, use the five-inch platform, or use your daily excavation contour method (pay attention to the radius change). You can also directly measure the distance of each feature point, draw it on cad, and then compare it with the second lining section. In a word, the principle is that the size of concrete poured by your formwork trolley can meet the design requirements.

5. If there is any doubt about the inspection of Article 4, re-check whether the trolley is in place accurately. Of course, if two templates with the same radius and the same center are designed with different curvatures or radii, they can be directly judged as unqualified.

6, other projects, whether the position of the working window is consistent with the design.

7, adjacent template interface, tangential stagger and lateral stagger distance to check.

Some of them are inspected by inspectors, some by technicians and some by materials and equipment department.

There will be forms then. After luggage case is put away according to the method, just fill in the place you want to fill in.

Attachment: Positioning must be accurate. Pull more wires if necessary. The trolley will eventually serve the inside of the hole. Therefore, when accepting the trolley, the positioning position should be simulated according to the needs in the hole, even outside the hole. In short, the trolley track is finally placed on the floor in the hole, and the trolley should be opened to meet the needs of the second lining.
