When the temperature drops in winter, the human body's metabolic capacity drops, and the skin will lose more moisture due to the decrease of sweat gland secretion, and it will become tight and dry, so skin care in winter is extremely important. Without careful maintenance, the stimulation of cold air and the use of heating will make your skin dull, rough and inelastic.

2. In vitro hydration: bathing can keep the skin surface moist, and steaming can also reduce the discharge of water. In winter, the water temperature of skin care and face washing should not be too high. Choose products with weak degreasing ability and strong moisturizing ability. Dry skin should also be prepared with a set of moisturizing skin care products. People with severe dry skin can also prepare a bottle of high-concentration moisturizing essence and use it 1-2 times a week to replenish water deeply.

4. Strengthen nutrition: The skin has poor regulation performance in winter. You should eat more fresh vegetables, fruits and eggs rich in vitamins, and eat less animal protein, which is beneficial to skin metabolism. Usually, you should also eat more foods that nourish yin and moisten the lungs, such as sesame seeds and honey, and eat less irritating foods such as peppers, onions and garlic. In addition, if you want good skin, you must also ingest some minerals such as foods containing magnesium and potassium.

5. Massage facial skin: For skin care in winter, you can massage your hands for three minutes every day. The massage parts are mainly the skin and muscles of the face. Massage slowly from the inside out along the direction of facial muscles and blood vessels, promote blood circulation of skin, make skin cells secrete more colloid and oil, and play a role in protecting skin.
