This standard puts forward requirements for the quality of spring water (including the classification of spring water quality and its auxiliary medical function), the sanitary requirements of hot spring water quality and the air quality of business premises, and defines the requirements of star rating, service quality and operation specifications.
This standard is applicable to all kinds of hot spring enterprises that are officially in business.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3. 1 hot spring
Mineral water with water temperature ≥25℃ obtained from underground natural gushing or artificial drilling and containing trace elements beneficial to human health.
3.2 cold spring
Water temperature obtained from natural underground water gushing or artificial drilling.
Note: Hot springs and cold springs refer to natural mineral water.
3.3 Hot spring enterprises, hot spring enterprises
An economic organization that uses hot spring resources, has suitable facilities, equipment and environmental conditions, mainly provides hot spring services, and provides corresponding health physiotherapy, accommodation, catering, conferences, leisure and holiday services. Including hot spring hotels, clubs, resorts, sanatoriums, bath centers, hot spring tourist towns, hot spring tourist resorts, hot spring cities and other hot spring enterprises.
3.4 Hot spring service
Taking hot springs (including geothermal steam, mineral mud or cold springs) as the carrier, bathing, soaking in water and physical therapy as the main ways, we provide related products to participate in, experience and feel the hot spring health culture, and realize the services of leisure, recuperation and vacation.
Four-star departments and signs
4. 1 Use the number of stars to indicate the level of hot spring enterprises. The star rating of hot spring enterprises is divided into five grades, namely, one star, two stars, three stars, four stars and five stars. The lowest star, the highest five stars. The higher the star rating, the higher the grade of hot spring enterprises.
4.2 Constellation consists of China map, hot spring geographical pattern and pentagram pattern, where 1 pentagram represents 1 star, 2 pentagrams represent 2 stars, 3 pentagrams represent 3 stars, 4 pentagrams represent 4 stars and 5 stars represent 5 stars.
4.3 The star marks and certificates of tourist hot spring enterprises shall be uniformly stipulated by the national quality rating agencies.
5 General rules
5. 1 Hot spring enterprises applying for star rating should have special plans such as geothermal resources exploration report, comprehensive utilization of hot spring geothermal water resources, environmental protection and geological disaster assessment compiled by relevant qualification institutions, and comply with the provisions and requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards.
5.2 The buildings, ancillary facilities and equipment, service items and operation management of star-rated hot spring enterprises shall conform to the provisions and requirements of current national laws and regulations on safety, fire protection, sanitation, environmental protection, labor contracts and so on.
5.3 See Appendix A for the necessary items of star classification, and all star-rated hot spring enterprises shall meet the standards item by item.

5.5 The classification and auxiliary curative effect of hot springs shall meet the relevant requirements in GB/T115-1989, GB/T 13727 and Appendix C. ..
5.6 The air quality requirements of indoor hot springs shall be evaluated according to the indicators in the evaluation table in Appendix D..

5.9 One-star, two-star and three-star hot spring enterprises mainly focus on bathing and entertainment, and the quality, hygiene and safety of spring water and hot spring services should be emphasized when evaluating the star rating; Four-star and five-star hot spring enterprises are comprehensive supporting enterprises with high-quality hot springs as the core, and the service of hot spring enterprises should be comprehensively evaluated when evaluating the star rating.
