First, "Where is Empty" is really not to scare you.

If you have ever seen a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine because you always feel uncomfortable, but you just can't find the reason, you are likely to hear such an evaluation: "Why are you so young?". This sentence is really scary. Where's the space? Am I dying?

In fact, these "virtual" are actually "weak". The core of TCM theory is the balance of qi and blood and yin and yang, and "physical deficiency" can actually be divided into four types: qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency.

Different deficiency diseases "invade" different viscera and have unique symptoms. Generally speaking, it can be divided into the following categories:

1, fever due to yin deficiency

As the saying goes, "Yin deficiency causes internal heat". Deficiency of body fluid can lead to hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, and problems such as five-upset fever, afternoon hot flashes, night sweats, dry mouth and throat, upset insomnia, dizziness and tinnitus appear.

2. Yang deficiency and fear of cold

Yang Qi has the function of warming limbs and internal organs. If yang deficiency occurs, it will lead to severe chills in hands and feet in autumn and winter, pale face, general weakness and listlessness.

3. Deficiency of qi and weakness

Qi is the motive force, and the typical symptoms of qi deficiency are weakness, pallor, shortness of breath, weakness of limbs, dizziness and low voice. Just like Lin Daiyu, tired and lazy.

4, blood deficiency and dryness

Blood is nutrition, and the typical symptoms of blood deficiency are yellow or white complexion, pale lips, tongue and nail, dizziness and insomnia, less menstrual flow, long cycle and even amenorrhea in women, often accompanied by symptoms of qi deficiency.

Third, the pressure is high and it is easier to be "virtual". How to improve "physical weakness"?

The glamorous urban white-collar workers are easily influenced by "Qi deficiency" and "Yin deficiency". Because of the high work pressure, it is more prone to symptoms of yin deficiency such as yin deficiency, body fluid deficiency, and five upset and hot. Typically, at three or four o'clock in the afternoon, when the sun is the most abundant in nature, the body is irritable, hot flashes, dry mouth, easy to fluctuate, and so on.

At the same time, because of sedentary, the "engine" power in the body is insufficient, resulting in "qi deficiency". Usually manifested as mental fatigue, like quiet, do not like to talk, do not want to move. Usually need to adjust from diet, exercise and other aspects:

1, keep exercising: during the intermission of work, take time out for a walk, which can not only exercise joints, but also help blood circulation. On holidays or after work, you can choose brisk walking, jogging and other soothing aerobic exercises to release work pressure and help replenish qi.

2, diet adjustment: ginseng chicken soup Yiqi Anshen, Astragalus perch Yiqi Yangxue, Lycium barbarum spinach soup Ziyin Mingmu, Polygonatum stewed beef Jianpi Yiqi ...
