Baduanjin was founded in the middle of the Ming Dynasty, and the specific source is not easy to find. But its founders studied and explored China traditional culture in the spirit of patriotism, progress and honesty. Later, it was continuously improved and developed, such as cold and heat injury, tuberculosis, hemorrhoids, internal and external injuries, fatigue, heart disease, low back pain and other diseases, which were widely used in medical care.

Baduanjin successfully protected, enhanced and improved health and spirit, and exercised athletes' physical fitness, reaction ability and psychological quality.
