Ingredients: fresh ginger and red dates.

Steps:

Wash fresh ginger without peeling, cut it into shreds, put it in a pot, add 3000 ~ 4000 ml of water, and cook it in boiling water for 5 minutes (3000 ~ 3500 ml of stew is enough). Chop the prepared jujube, add it, and continue to simmer 10 minutes.

Boil the water in the pot again, turn off the fire, filter out the impurities in the soup and mix it with the soup only.

Tips: When welcoming the morning sunshine, you must finish drinking 3,000-4,000 ml of Jiangzao soup at 6: 00- 12: 00 noon, and take a sip slowly. (Fresh ginger can promote blood circulation and dispel cold, detoxify and help yang, red dates can replenish blood and qi, detoxify and nourish liver, moisten heart and lungs, strengthen spleen and warm stomach, and replenish qi and blood) Remember to bask in the sun for 20-40 minutes every day.

Coicis Semen (parched for 40 minutes-1 hour until slightly yellow and dehumidified), and red beans are washed and soaked for 24 hours, or overnight. Boil the crystal sugar in water for 5- 10 minutes, and then put the soaked Coicis Semen in a pot of 3500-4000 or a health pot for 3000-300 minutes.
