Introduction of Vibrio
Vibrio belongs to Vibrio family 1 genus. It gets its name because it bends into an arc.

Gram staining is negative, and there is a single flagella at one end of the cell, which is lively.

No spores, no capsules. Aerobic or facultative anaerobic, decomposing glucose, producing acid but not producing gas, oxidase positive, lysine decarboxylase positive, arginine hydrolase negative, alkalophilic, salt-tolerant (can grow at low temperature and 5% salt), not acid-resistant. It has poor tolerance to heat and disinfectants, is sensitive to chlorine, can only survive for 15 minutes at 55℃, is easy to die after drying, and has extremely low acid resistance.
