What are the symptoms of myocardial infarction?
Before myocardial infarction (MI), there will be prodromal symptoms lasting at least 1 hour. Patients usually have a history of heart disease, smoking, diabetes or chronic lung disease. The results of this study question the theory that myocardial infarction usually occurs in healthy people without premonitory symptoms.

The research team led by Dr Dirk Muller of the University of Berlin in Germany analyzed the situation of 406 patients with myocardial infarction. It was found that 22% of these patients had chest pain for up to two hours before onset. 15% people have difficulty breathing for half an hour; 7% people feel sick or vomiting for two hours in a row; 5% people feel dizzy or faint 10 minute; 8% people have other symptoms that last for an hour. However, these precursors of myocardial infarction are often misunderstood as other diseases or not paid enough attention to (cs).
