Do Buddhists have Qigong?
There are practices similar to Qigong in the Buddhist secret method, but the secret method is a comprehensive Buddhist system with considerable scale and rich content, which is by no means represented by Qigong.

First of all, the secret method of Buddhism is a method to solve the cycle of life and death, not supernatural forces such as qigong and fitness exercises;

Secondly, the secret method cultivates the ideological spirit and wisdom realm of Mahayana Buddhism, rather than the exercise of single pulse and physical function;

The third secret law should abide by the strict inheritance law and never allow the world to create it by itself;

The fourth secret law should abide by the precepts, be based on Xiu De, and not emphasize magic;

In the fifth secret method, qigong is only a special means to open the pulse knot, and it is not considered as breaking the Dafa, which takes up a lot of practice time.

It must also be pointed out that the tantric qigong mentioned here refers to the special cultivation of the enlightenment point of qi pulse, rather than the pseudo qigong popular in society and fabricated in the name of Buddhism.
