Wash coix seed and soybean and soak for 2 hours in advance.
Wash and cut pork liver into pieces, poke water until the surface is white, and cook for about three minutes, peeling without blood!
Add water, coix seed, soybean and glutinous rice to the pot, and add pork liver poked with water. Add salt to the vegetables you want (spinach or rape).
Cover and cook for 10 minute, and simmer for 5 minutes. If you want to eat something sticky, boil it and stew it for 40 minutes. Or a pressure cooker until it's better.
