First, medlar and jujube tea
Materials: Lycium barbarum 10g, jujube 10g, appropriate amount of rock sugar and water.
Exercise:
1. Wash Fructus Lycii and Fructus Jujubae.
2. Add water to the pot, add medlar and red dates, and boil over high fire.
3. Turn down the heat and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and mix well.
Efficacy: nourishing blood and moistening skin, benefiting liver and improving eyesight.
Second, yam stewed chicken
Ingredients: 250g yam, 250g chicken, 0/0g medlar/kloc, 3 slices ginger, proper amount of salt and water.
Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken and cut into pieces. Peel and slice Chinese yam for later use.
2. Add water to the pot, add chicken and ginger slices and bring to a boil.
3. Put the yam slices into the pot and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Add Lycium barbarum and proper amount of salt and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Efficacy: Yiqi Jianpi, Bushen Yangxue.
Third, jujube longan glutinous rice porridge.
Materials: glutinous rice 100g, red dates 10, dried longan 10, and appropriate amount of water.
Exercise:
1. Wash glutinous rice and soak it in clear water for 30 minutes.
2. Wash red dates and longan for later use.
3. Add water to the pot, add glutinous rice and bring to a boil.
4. Turn down the heat and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Add red dates and dried longan, and continue to cook for about 10 minute until the glutinous rice is cooked.
Efficacy: nourishing blood and moistening skin, benefiting qi and strengthening spleen.
Fourth, stewed pig's trotters with Lycium barbarum.
Materials: 2 pig's trotters, Lycium barbarum 10g, red dates 10g, 3 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of salt and water.

Five, soybean boiled lean meat
Materials: soybean 100g, lean meat 100g, medlar 10g, jujube 10, salt and water.
Exercise:
1. Wash soybeans and soak them in water for more than 4 hours.
2. Wash and cut the lean meat, and wash the medlar and red dates for later use.
3. Add water to the pot, add soybeans and lean meat, and bring to a boil.
4. Turn down the heat and continue to cook for about 30 minutes.
