Where does Zhongshan Park in Singapore belong?
Singapore Zhongshan Park is located in the middle of Singapore Island, adjacent to the former Sun Yat-sen Nanyang Memorial Hall and Zhongshan Park. The Urban Renewal Authority of Singapore allocated this land three years ago for the construction of Zhongshan Park. There is a boulder weighing about 10 tons in the mountain park. On the one hand, it is engraved with four Chinese characters, and on the other hand, it is engraved with the evaluation of Sun Yat-sen, the former Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, who changed the fate of China.

The comprehensive engineering design of Zhongshan Park takes Sun Yat-sen Nanyang Memorial Hall as the center, and organizes the site traffic streamline. The design inspiration comes from the long corridor in the traditional gardens of China, that is, a long covered corridor connects important spaces, forming the streamline and walking rhythm of tourists. In this way, designers have created various public spaces along the landscape corridor, which are closely integrated with the landscape. Compared with the landscape on the first floor, commercial and hotel buildings adopt a simple and modern form, and the glass curtain wall reflects the activities of the sky and clouds, thus showing a dynamic appearance. The design of the comprehensive project of Zhongshan Park not only draws lessons from the elements and regional culture of traditional gardens in China, but also emphasizes the historical significance of the site by refining historical and modern elements.
