Experience of TCM nursing learning

After we have gained something in our hearts, we can write down our experiences, which can cultivate people's habit of thinking. So how to write experience is appropriate? The following is my collected model essay on Chinese medicine nursing learning experience, for reference only. Welcome to reading.

Experience of TCM nursing study 1 I participated in TCM nursing training and study from March 9th, 20xx to March 3rd, 20xx1March 3rd. During the study period, we strengthened the study from the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine to surgical practice. This course has a high starting point, novel mode and good effect. The whole curriculum system is designed scientifically and reasonably, which not only pays attention to the current theoretical history of Chinese medicine, but also pays attention to practical work. It has a forward-looking vision and rich case analysis, and it also helps me learn new operational skills. Although this class lasted only five days, I felt a lot and gained a lot.

First, broaden your horizons, broaden your horizons.

This study completed a 40-hour course plan, which was taught by Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and famous experts and professors. I appreciate the wisdom and elegance of famous teachers. Teachers are knowledgeable, insightful, unique in analysis and insightful in their respective research fields. Their wonderful explanations flashed sparks of wisdom from time to time, which constantly impacted my thinking concept, thus further clarifying the misunderstanding of thinking and understanding and solving a lot of work and feelings. As the saying goes: listen to the voice of the wise and feel the power of TCM knowledge; What I learned is the essence of management.

Second, I have increased my knowledge and improved my ability.

First, I have learned a lot about the basic pain theory of TCM, the application of TCM classics in nursing, the clinical application and promotion of TCM characteristic nursing techniques such as massage, hot salt bag of TCM, wrist-ankle acupuncture and cupping. And scientific nursing management and patient management methods. It can be said that through this study, management knowledge has been effectively increased, work confidence has been enhanced, and management ability has been improved to some extent. Management is half science and half art.

The second is to learn many novel ways of thinking. For example, Cai Yahong's standardized management of cancer pain ward in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the introduction of nursing management, and the sharing of clinical pathway practice and effect evaluation of tumor traditional Chinese medicine nursing are all based on not only observing policies, regulations and laws, but also fully combining with their own reality, facing practical difficulties, breaking through conventional ideas and innovating ways to solve problems, so as to achieve the effect of easily solving problems, continuously improving efficiency and getting twice the result with half the effort.

In fact, the wisdom flashed by these ways of thinking is the concrete embodiment of the ability to solve problems. Therefore, I think these new ideas and methods have strong practical guiding significance for practical work. It makes us more confident, open and flexible in our future work. Thirdly, I learned many effective communication methods. The importance of doctor-patient communication in nursing management, in short, communication is the mutual understanding between people, mutual understanding is to eliminate misunderstandings, resolve contradictions, abandon barriers, and close relationships, seek understanding, enhance feelings, and achieve * * * knowledge.

All successful managers are good at communication. As a responsible team leader, on the one hand, to strengthen the internal management of the team, it is necessary to communicate with nursing members. Good communication can make team members understand the management intention of managers, stimulate everyone's sense of participation and enthusiasm, and guide team members to unite and work towards the same goal. On the other hand, create a good environment for team development and communicate with patients and their families. Whether it is to win the policy support of leaders, the coordination between departments, or the help of clinical departments, we need to pay attention to communication. On the one hand, we should be confident and sincere, on the other hand, we should be good at finding the concerns, excitement and similarities of both sides to promote the effective progress of the work. Sitting in the clinic, giving patients comprehensive TCM nursing, making TCM nursing operation out of the ward and out of the clinic, expanding the group of potential patients and bringing new development space for the hospital and itself.

Third, I have improved my understanding and improved myself.

Improving in learning and growing up in practice is one of the important experiences I gained from attending this training course for key nursing talents of traditional Chinese medicine. Through learning, I not only gradually improved and perfected myself, but also promoted reflection through learning. Pay attention to improving theoretical cultivation. Through this study, all the teachers quoted the relevant classics in ancient literature and explained those rigid short articles vividly and interestingly. I deeply feel that my theoretical level of traditional Chinese medicine and management theory are far from the requirements put forward by my work practice. This is not only reflected in my study habits, but also in my study effect, that is, I did not dabble in various theories and expand my knowledge, did not read a certain theory intensively, and did not form my own unique point of view.

Therefore, we should further strengthen our study, constantly improve our theoretical level, and improve and grow in our study. Pay attention to accumulate practical experience. Theory is refined through generalization on the basis of practice. Experts' work experience and theoretical achievements are not only because they are brave in practical exploration, but also because they are good at summing up and paying attention to accumulation. Therefore, in daily work, we should pay attention to collecting, summarizing and refining successful experiences, so that they can have universal guiding methods and gradually become their own work characteristics, and constantly improve their work level. Pay attention to improving the professional level. Through this study, I deeply realized that in order to do a good job, I need to further improve my professional level to adapt to the ever-changing development of medical level in modern society, so that the development of hospitals can stand in the forefront and be invincible in a highly competitive society.

Learning experience of TCM nursing 2 There are not only exquisite medical skills, but also rich nursing essence in the treasure house of TCM. As an important part of TCM, TCM nursing also has two basic characteristics of TCM.

The whole concept is unified and complete. Chinese medicine attaches great importance to the unity and integrity of human body and the relationship between human body and nature. It holds that the human body is an organic whole, and the components of the human body are inseparable in structure, coordinated and interoperable in function and influenced each other in pathology.

At the same time, people also realize that the human body is closely related to the natural environment, and the physiological and pathological changes of the human body are constantly influenced by nature. In the struggle to actively transform nature, human beings maintain the normal life activities of the body. This concept of the unity of the internal and external environment and the integrity of the body itself is called the holistic concept. This idea runs through physiology, pathology, dialectics and nursing.

1. The human body is an organic whole. The human body is composed of several organs, organs and tissues, and each organ, organ and tissue has different functions. The concept of integration of five internal organs reflects that the organs and pipelines in the human body are interrelated, not isolated. On the other hand, the part and the whole of the human body are dialectical unity, and the pathological changes in a certain part of the human body often reflect the ups and downs of the whole body's qi, blood, yin and yang. Therefore, in the process of nursing patients, we must proceed from the whole, understand the internal diseases of the body by observing the external changes of patients, so as to put forward nursing problems and take nursing measures to make the diseases recover as soon as possible.

2. Harmony between man and nature. Human beings live in nature, and there are necessary conditions for human survival in nature. At the same time, changes in nature can directly or indirectly affect the human body, and the human body produces physiological reactions accordingly. If it goes beyond the physiological range, it will produce lesions.

Nursing based on syndrome differentiation is another basic feature of TCM nursing, and it is a special research and nursing method of TCM for diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that syndrome and syndrome are different concepts. Symptoms are symptoms, such as cough, headache and insomnia. Syndrome is a pathological summary of a certain stage in the process of disease development. Such as wind-cold syndrome and wind-heat syndrome. Because it includes the location, etiology, nature and the relationship between pathogenic factors and positive factors, it is more comprehensive and profound than symptoms, thus revealing the essence of the disease more correctly.

Clinically, we can sometimes see that a disease includes several different syndromes, and different diseases can have the same syndrome in the development process. Under the guidance of the principle of dialectical nursing, we can adopt the methods of different nursing for the same disease and the same nursing for different diseases.

The so-called different care for the same disease refers to the same disease, because the time and place of onset and the patient's body responsiveness are different, or the symptoms are different at different stages of development, and the nursing methods are different.

The so-called "guiding diseases and caring together" means that different diseases are carried out at the same time. In the course of its development, due to the same pathogenesis, the same nursing methods can also be adopted.

It is the spiritual essence of dialectical nursing to solve different contradictions in the process of disease development in different ways.
