How to spread the dumplings?
Soak glutinous rice in water 12 to 24 hours.

Put it into a small pot container, add appropriate amount of water, and steam it on the pot.

Steam it, air it for half an hour, and then pound it gently with a spoon to make it sticky.

Spread a clean wet cloth on the table, then spread plastic wrap on the cloth, and spread glutinous rice evenly on the plastic wrap, about half a centimeter thick.

Sprinkle a layer of meat floss (or beef floss, or other favorite meat floss) evenly on glutinous rice, and then put half a fried dough stick (because rice balls don't need to be too long, the size depends on your preference).

Then roll left and right under the cloth with your hands, and let the glutinous rice wrap the fried dough sticks to form a barrel shape.

Open the plastic package. It's over.

Generally, ordinary rice is added to the glutinous rice sold in stalls, otherwise it will be sticky and the cost will be higher. In addition, the color matching of soy sauce looks more attractive.
