What does whole grain mean?
Cereals are considered to be the five main food crops commonly eaten: rice, wheat, corn, soybeans and potatoes.

Of course, there are many definitions of whole grains. Some people say it is "rice, millet, millet, wheat and rice", others say it is "hanging, vine, root, horn and ear", and some people think that grain refers to all food crops and is a general term for grain, but seriously speaking, grain is still the above five kinds of grains.
