Preparation materials (2 persons): 2 chickens of 500g, 1 cup of glutinous rice (disposable paper cup),

10 garlic cloves, 1 scallion, 1 onion,

1 bag of ginseng chicken soup,

Exercise:

1. The glutinous rice should be soaked one hour in advance.

2. Cut off the chicken's buttocks and wing tips and wash them for later use. The internal organs in the stomach should also be cleaned and rinsed.

3. Wash the onion and cut it in half for later use, cut the onion into sections for later use, and cut the garlic cloves into sections for later use. These materials should be boiled in chicken soup, fished out and thrown away.

4. Ginseng chicken soup is sold in the supermarket or online, and you can buy it directly.

5. Put the soaked glutinous rice into the chicken belly. First put dates or garlic cloves to block the gap in the chicken's neck, and then start filling glutinous rice.

6. After the glutinous rice is packed, use a knife to stab a penetrating knife edge in one chicken leg and insert the other chicken leg into the knife edge. Prevent sticky rice from leaking out.

7. In this way, the chicken to be cooked is ready. Put it in a container for later use.

8. Take out a big pot. I use a big casserole, and I can also use stainless steel pot. I am free to choose. Add all the chicken and other ingredients, pour enough water and start cooking. In the process of cooking, a lot of bubbles will float out. Remember to scoop out the foam bit by bit with a spoon. Boil for about 1 hour. Pay attention to the water level in the middle and add water twice.

9. After boiling 1 hour, the soup will turn white slowly. Remove all the auxiliary materials, throw them away and season with salt and pepper.

10. This delicious "ginseng chicken soup" is ready. Put it in a casserole, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve!
