Mengcheng, formerly known as Shansang, Qiyuan, Yang Guo and Lishui, is a county under the jurisdiction of Bozhou City, Anhui Province. It is located in the middle of Huaibei Plain, northwest of Anhui Province and east of Bozhou City.
