Mr. Yao Zongxun is an epoch-making boxing master in China, and plays a connecting role in the development of Italian boxing. From 1937, Mr. Yao Zongxun began to learn from Mr. Wang Xiangzhai. He has a persistent attitude and devoted himself to the study of mechanics. He also encountered difficulties in the process of standing on the pile. According to Mr. Yao Lao, "Wang Lao's technical ability has reached that level. No matter what he wants to do, he can do it at his fingertips." Take * * as an example, beginners are actually. But Mr. Yao separated the force from front, back, left and right up and down, gradually contacted it, and finally suddenly penetrated.
Among Mr. Wang Xiangzhai's disciples, Mr. Yao Zongxun stands out after several years' efforts, which is not a fluke, but the result of his diligent study for eight or nine hours every day. Wang Lao named it "Jimi" to commemorate its ambition and to show the meaning of inheritance. He has been studying hard all his life. In addition to his early achievements, there were two breakthroughs in his later years:
First, Mr. Wang Lao's skills have been completely preserved, and at the same time, he has made some innovations. According to Brother Cheng Guang's cloud: "On one occasion, Mr. Yao Lao instructed students to push hands in training, which was very serious. Walking and pushing hands is like fighting. Uncle Zhang said,' How can you push like this? Wang Lao taught us to push at a fixed pace, which is conducive to exerting strength.' Mr. Yao said,' Our pushing hands and walking are in line with the pace of the times, which requires us to find strength in activities, that is, to establish a dynamic balance, which has been competed by predecessors. That is, the opponent is sent out in one and a half strokes, which determines the outcome. However, the future trend is that the competition, pushing hands and Sanda are all carried out in the ring, so it is necessary to increase walking coordination and physical training to adapt to playing in the ring. So pushing hands is to adapt to the current social trend. "
2. After ten years of darkness, Mr. Yao Lao returned to Beijing on September 1979, and re-developed his career of Italian boxing. He cooperated with Beijing Sports Commission to integrate the training methods of Italian boxing into modern sports competitions, such as track and field, swimming, shooting and ball games. So as to cultivate the athletes' psychological will and restore their physical fitness as soon as possible, and good results have been achieved.
In the later period of Mr. Yao Lao, that is, 198 1- 1984, he actively cultivated Yiquan's successors, so he selected a group of new soldiers from Yiquan to do intensive training in Xiaoguan District, Chaoyang District, where he lived. The main members at that time were Yao Chengguang, Yao, Liu Lei, Wu Xiaonan and Bai. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon 1:30-5:30, there are four hours of intensive training each time. The training contents include: piling, boxing, kicking, shooting, punching sandbags, pushing hands, Sanshou confrontation and other techniques. Sanshou, just like a game, each pair plays 4-6 rounds for 3 minutes, and then they have to do 2500-meter fast-running boxing and variable-speed running boxing. Mr Yao is very strict, sometimes too strict. Students who feel that they are not up to standard will be angry, just as Brother Cheng Guang said, "His old man's house is so angry because we hate steel! It can be seen that Mr Yao Lao has a set of plans for Sanshou training.
Sanshou in Italian boxing is also called broken hand, Sanda, fighting, fighting and practice. It is the basic training of Italian boxing, such as piling, measuring force, exerting force, pushing hand, boxing, palm, footwork and legs. Combining all kinds of training, the two men combined unarmed combat in a completely free way without any additional conditions.
Any martial arts school must undergo Sanshou training before it can apply what it has learned. Quan Yi's training highlights the importance of Sanshou practice. Even in basic training, such as boxing, kicking, walking, stepping back and forth, turning around, etc., it is necessary to coordinate offensive and defensive training as a whole. Generally speaking, the training of Yiquan Sanshou can be carried out according to the following four steps:
The exertion of Sanshou is actually to examine whether the basic skills you have learned are solid, and to strengthen training if there are deficiencies.
2. When training the enemy, no matter who the opponent is, we should first overwhelm the opponent psychologically, go all out, be confident, fearless, witty, calm and decisive, despise the enemy strategically and attach importance to the enemy tactically. Use the most direct and simple action to send out the greatest explosive force, so that a blow will be hit. Ancient boxers have the so-called "three no wars", that is, "no war, no war, no war, no war." It is to point out that the hand should be accurate, fast, heavy, explosive and lethal. Even if your opponent's size and skills may be slightly inferior to your own, you should go all out in the spirit of fighting rabbits with lions.
The training of Sanshou boxing requires that in the usual training, it should be as serious and strict as real fighting, the footwork should be flexible, advance and retreat vertically and horizontally, and it should be properly coordinated with boxing and various ministries, and the whole body should be coordinated and unified. When attacking, you should press hard and let your opponent take the lead step by step. When the enemy attacks me like a storm, don't be chaotic, fight with heavy stocks and don't be chaotic. You should advance and retreat in moderation, always keep a calm, witty and flexible state of mind, look for opportunities and dare to fight the enemy.
Fourth, physical training, in the training system of Yi Quan, emphasizes the integrity of fitness and attack from beginning to end. Without strong physical fitness, you can't display your skills at all, and physical fitness plays a very important role both in fighting and in the ring, especially in the ring. Therefore, the physical training of Italian boxing needs higher intensity training, such as punching empty fists, punching sandbags and fighting each other. For example, 3 minutes 1 round, * * 3 rounds, and the training of Italian boxing takes 5 minutes 1 round and 5 rounds, so that you can have enough physical strength to give full play to your skills on the stage. The methods of physical exercise include jogging, running, skipping rope, climbing mountains, boxing and punching sandbags.
Mr. Yao has worked hard all his life. After grazing horses in the wilderness for ten years, he didn't have enough to eat. 1979 after returning to Beijing, he devoted himself to the redevelopment of Yiquan and made contributions to the country. He integrated the training method of Italian boxing into various sports competitions and made
He made great contributions to the development of Yiquan and spared no effort, including accompanying his health. Finally, he broke down from overwork, and one day he stood against the wall for two minutes and said, "I'm so tired, I want to have a rest." Since then, Mr Yao has never stood up again.
Mr. Zong Xun was indifferent to fame and fortune all his life. He is an outstanding talent with a rigorous and hard-working attitude. After becoming famous, he devoted his life to the cause of Yiquan. But his life is bumpy and regrettable. Are you really jealous of talents? His departure is not only the loss of Yiquan circle, but also the loss of China Wushu circle and even the world Wushu circle. He is immortal in the development history of Yiquan and China Wushu.
1988 When we met with Brother Cheng Guang and Brother Cheng in Hong Kong, we were encouraged by the two brothers. After a month's discussion, the three of us decided to set up the "Hong Kong Yao's Yiquan Memorial Research Association" to commemorate Mr. Yao's lifelong achievements and lofty deeds, and to do our part to promote Yiquan. At that time, the core members were Qu Peiqing, Huang and * *. Over the years, I dare not relax in promoting Italian boxing, and I have been keeping close contact with two senior brothers. In the future, my disciples and I will continue to work hard, work together with two brothers and fellow travelers at home and abroad, and strive for the development of Yiquan.
