1No。 【】 How to cultivate a healthy lifestyle for senior high school students —— Reflections on the wisdom of health preservation in Huangdi Neijing: "Being healthy doesn't mean having everything, and having no health means having nothing". The new round of senior high school curriculum reform emphasizes the basic position of physical education and health curriculum. Health is the basic right of human beings and one of the important conditions for a happy life. Students' health education is the basic right to help students acquire life, and it is also an indispensable part of physical education and health course teaching in senior high schools. At present, although the physical and mental health of young students in China has improved, there are still many hidden dangers. On the one hand, the health status of teenagers, especially the cardiopulmonary function and strength of students, has declined together in the past decade. On the other hand, teenagers' awareness of health is vague and lack of knowledge. Research shows that primary and secondary school students in China lack necessary and basic health knowledge at present, so it is urgent to strengthen health education for senior high school students. The purpose of health education is not only to understand and master simple physical health knowledge, but also to make students understand the value of health to life, family and society, form health awareness, master the knowledge and methods of maintaining and promoting health, and cultivate students' health awareness, health wisdom, moral cultivation and traditional health preservation methods. In order to deal with the new threats to human health, we must start with improving people's health awareness and forming a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, it is of great positive significance and necessity to cultivate a healthy lifestyle for senior high school students. Key words: healthy lifestyle, health care, wisdom and moral cultivation, traditional health care 1. What is health? "Having health doesn't mean having everything, and having no health means having nothing." We live in an era of rapid change and fierce competition, which provides a broad world for strugglers. We are all striving for more achievements, constantly challenging the height of life, and challenging the limits of the body again and again. Unfortunately, some people "advance" too much from the health "bank", which leads to illness, and some people even leave this world early because of overwork. This is a theory put forward by Zhong Nanshan, a famous academician. Academician Zhong believes that early prevention and early treatment is a small investment and a big return. Generally speaking, people who pay more attention to health are the elderly. If we push the time forward for twenty or thirty years and pay attention to prevention and control when we are in good health, we can get the greatest return with the least investment. Academician Zhong emphasized that the most unhealthy 1% and chronic 19% * * spent 70% of the medical and health expenses, while the healthiest 70% only spent 10% of the medical expenses. Therefore, cultivating high school students' healthy lifestyle and advocating a scientific concept of health is a very meaningful cause that benefits the country and the people, does more with less money, and even does things without spending money. Among many health discourses, I think the definition of health given by the World Health Organization (WHO) is authoritative and comprehensive: (1) I have enough energy to cope with the pressure and work of daily life without feeling too nervous; (2) Optimistic and positive, willing to take responsibility and not picky about everything; (3) Be good at rest and sleep well; (4) Strong adaptability and adaptability to various changes in the external environment; (5) Being able to resist the common cold and infectious diseases; (6) Appropriate weight, well-proportioned figure, and coordination of head, shoulders and buttocks when standing; ②(7) The eyes are bright, the reaction is intense, and the eyelids are not easily inflamed; (8) clean teeth, no tooth decay, no pain, normal gum color and no bleeding; (9) Hair is shiny and free from dandruff; (10) Muscle skin is elastic. Look at 10 above and give the definition of health. Look at the classmates around you. Some of them are really healthy. Children's sparkling eyes become dim, and they can ask a hundred thousand why, but they can't ask a why; Be discouraged when you encounter a little difficulty; Encounter unhappy things, hard; Insomnia; Poor adaptability; When the weather changes, I sneeze again and again ... no young people are full of vitality, no signs of health, at least on the edge of sub-health. As a physical education teacher working in the front line, whenever we see these phenomena, we always feel that it is our heavy responsibility to cultivate students' healthy lifestyle. 2. What is a healthy lifestyle? A healthy lifestyle includes the following four aspects: 2. 1 reasonable diet; Those who had a full breakfast (30%), those who had a good lunch (40%) and those who had a light dinner (30%). "If you want to be healthy, you must be hungry and cold." Diet "diversification", eat more vegetables and fruits of various colors, eat more white meat, and limit high-fat foods, especially animal fat foods; Limit alcohol intake. 2.2 Smoking cessation and alcohol restriction can lead to more than 40 fatal diseases, including oral cancer, esophageal cancer, laryngeal cancer, lung cancer and gastric cancer. Almost all human bodies, organs or systems will be harmed by smoking. It is understood that the number of people who die of smoking-related diseases in the world is as high as 3 million every year, which is equivalent to 10 per second. Experts predict that this number will rise to100000 in 2020. Smoking is harmful to health. The harm of tobacco has become one of the most serious public problems in the world, and it is also the biggest problem facing human health. 2.3 Proper Exercise When you take physical exercise and function as an indispensable part of your life, just like eating, working and sleeping, your spiritual realm will reach a new height. 2.4 early prevention and treatment of human health, such as dam maintenance, when leakage is first discovered, it only takes a little force to plug the leakage; If we don't pay attention to it, until it collapses, even if we spend more manpower and material resources, we may not be able to recover it. What is the role of cultivating students' healthy lifestyle? Since the 1950s, with the rapid development of science and technology, great changes have taken place in human production and lifestyle, such as increased working hours at the desk, increased spiritual reward, decreased physical activity, accelerated pace of life, increased psychological pressure, decreased interpersonal communication and overnutrition. These changes affect human biological structure and function, such as vision, hearing, orientation, sensitivity, strength and metabolism, which directly affect human development. Modern society is a double-edged sword, which not only brings ease, convenience and comfort to mankind, but also brings great threat to mankind. According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, half of the deaths in developed countries are caused by modern lifestyle diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes. The number of mental patients in China and the United States has also increased greatly. According to a report of the World Health Organization, about 30% to 40% of the patients in the world have mental health problems. In China, people are also facing new health threats. According to the survey, among the top ten causes of death in China in 2000, the top four diseases were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer and respiratory diseases. These diseases are closely related to lifestyle, and diseases caused by improper lifestyle are threatening the health of our workers and people. The new round of senior high school curriculum reform emphasizes the basic position of physical education and health curriculum. The so-called foundation refers to laying a foothold for students' future life and study. The purpose of health education is not only to understand and master simple physical health knowledge, but also to make students understand the value of health to life, family and society, form health consciousness, master the knowledge and methods of maintaining and promoting health, and cultivate students' health consciousness, ability and behavior. In a word, health problems are not only personal problems and family problems, but also social problems that directly affect the development of the country. Governments around the world pay more and more attention to people's health. In order to deal with the new threats to human health, we must start with improving people's health awareness and forming a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, it is of great positive significance and necessity to cultivate a healthy lifestyle for senior high school students. How to Cultivate Students' Healthy Lifestyle In traditional culture, cultivating a healthy lifestyle includes five aspects: nourishing temperament, sleeping, living, sexual intercourse and morality. We must guide and educate students according to these five aspects, so as to form a healthy lifestyle. 4. 1 parenting temperament If there is a big problem with people's temperament, people's living conditions will be problematic. For example, we often talk about "modern diseases", which are caused by three major reasons: unsatisfactory feelings, great problems with people's temperament, and pressure and temperament make people's bodies suffer a lot of troubles, troubles and difficulties. Second, overeating, people have not developed good living habits. Third, lack of exercise, many modern people died not of diseases, but of unhealthy lifestyles. Traditional culture places great emphasis on one point: people should establish a healthy lifestyle in order to live longer. If a person has a good temperament, his lifestyle will be very happy and he will live a very happy state. The so-called "nourishing temperament" is not to make people not angry. In daily life, we often advise others to say, don't be angry. This is useless. It is useful not to get angry at first. How to do this? Traditional culture emphasizes that there must be a method to solve any problem, and the method must be in place. How to cultivate temperament? "If there is nothing, the true spirit will follow, and the spirit will be hidden inside, and the disease will be safe." You may say that everyone wants to be quiet, but in real life, few people can be quiet. Therefore, traditional culture attaches great importance to finding a way to deal with difficulties in life. The specific way is: first of all, the ancients said, "Stop anger like a poem." If you have a bad temper and get angry easily, learn poetry. From the perspective of traditional culture, China is a big country that teaches poetry, and many people can write poetry in ancient times. But now people seldom write poems, but often drink, but they don't know what they drink for, as if they were drunk. What did the ancients drink for? It is to enlighten the meridians of the gods, to be happy, and to write a good poem when you are drunk. Modern people don't have to learn to write poems, but at least they must be able to read them. People should be educated, understand human feelings and relax themselves by reading poems. "Nothing can make you happy without worrying", that is, detachment when you are worried will make you happy. Because only music can act on the gods, all ancient poems can be recited with rhythm, which can relax people's mood. Traditional culture holds that all five zang-organs correspond to five tones. What kind of sound a person makes will show what kind of reflection he has, and poetry is also a reflection of one's emotions, so one should learn music, poetry and etiquette, and then enjoy it quietly. 4.2 Improve Sleep From the perspective of life, sleep is most closely related to longevity. Someone has done such an experiment. There are three people. One won't let him eat, one won't let him drink, and one won't let him sleep. Let's see who can't stand it first. The result must be that people who sleep will not collapse first, which is the important significance of sleep to our lives. In Huangdi Neijing Health Wisdom, we have fully discussed the problem of sleep, for example, we must sleep when we sleep, and sleep for the sake of yang. Be sure to take a nap at noon. At noon, it is the time when Yin and Yang alternate, and you must take a rest when Yin and Yang hand over. You must sleep when you are ugly. Sleeping when ugly is an important measure to nourish the liver. Be sure to sleep in the dark, because at 3: 00 to 5: 00 in the evening, qi and blood circulate all over the body, and rest at this time can nourish qi and blood. Therefore, Huangdi Neijing has told everyone how to sleep from the perspective of life. 4.3 There was an ancient learning about living in China, the so-called geomantic omen, which divided people's living places into yin houses and yang houses. In ancient times, there was a saying that "the room is cloudy and the platform is high and sunny". Nowadays, many people like to buy a big house when buying a house, but in ancient China, the size of the house was very particular. The ancients thought that the living room could be big and the bedroom could not be big, because the size of the bedroom was closely related to people's anger. If it is too big, it will consume people's anger. When you go to the Forbidden City to see the emperor's bedroom, you will find that it is actually very small. So how big is the bedroom? What is the appropriate standard? The ancients believed that after the sun shone in from the window, the light just hit the front of the bed edge, and the whole room was half yin and half yang, that is to say, a gas image would be formed in the room, and Yin and Yang were just half guarded. This bedroom meets the standard size. In ancient times, there was a saying that "the room is full of yin", while in traditional Chinese medicine, there was a saying that "excessive yin leads to syncope". "syncope" is the syndrome of limb syncope. If Yin Qi is too strong, people will have physical syncope, indicating that there is a big problem with the function of the human body at this time. If one's hands and feet are cold, traditional medicine thinks that one's heart is too weak. If your hands and feet are cold, it's because you don't care and don't work hard. If the heart qi is insufficient, the blood circulation is not smooth, and the peripheral nerve circulation is not good, it is difficult for the blood to reach the end of the body, resulting in cold hands and feet. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "excessive yang leads to flaccidity", which means weakness of limbs, that is, weakness of limbs. "Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals" said, "This yin and yang discomfort is also due to the fact that the late king is not in the big room or the high platform." So the ancients emphasized the size of the house. In fact, there is another meaning of not living in a big house, that is, don't form the habit of luxury and enjoyment, exercise more, go out for a walk more, and don't stay in the house all the time. No matter how big the house is, you should go out for a walk. 4.4 Raising a house means that yin and yang should be reconciled, that is, a person must first adjust his temperament and sleep. In life, we are members of social groups, and everyone does not live alone, so we should also maintain harmony with others. In a sense, family harmony, that is, harmony between yin and yang, is the first, that is, raising a house. Family harmony of Yin and Yang, society can be harmonious. The human body is the most complex system, so Chinese medicine can't be a simple thinking, but from the perspective of Chinese medicine, can a person really supplement calcium? If a person does not have a certain digestion and absorption ability, nothing can be supplemented. Modern living conditions have improved, and many people buy a lot of health care products to keep fit. However, health care is not a tonic, but a healthy and very orderly lifestyle. In fact, the emphasis of health preservation in Huangdi Neijing is that people must establish a healthy lifestyle and lifestyle. If a person does not have a good digestion and absorption ability, it is useless to eat ginseng all day, and many things can't be supplemented. If you develop good and healthy living habits, you will feel happy and have a high quality of sleep-you fall asleep and wake up in the sunshine, and people will be happy even if you eat Wowotou every day. So in a sense, Chinese medicine emphasizes changing many incomplete concepts in life. Only by constantly correcting yourself, constantly learning and constantly understanding can people slowly understand some real connotations of Chinese medicine and make their lives develop more healthily and orderly. 4.5 cultivate one's morality Confucius said "three precepts for a gentleman" On the issue of health preservation, Confucius once suggested that a gentleman has "three precepts". What are the three commandments? First of all, "when you are young, your blood gas is undecided, so you should stop it." In other words, when people are very young, their qi and blood are still uncertain and their bodies are not very mature, so don't start sex too early. Sexual desire should not start too early. If boys' desires start too early, it may lead to infertility in the future, while girls' desires start too early, which may lead to infertility. When you are young, you should control yourself and not have desires. Secondly, "it is also strong, and it is fighting." In the prime of life, people are covered in blood. Don't be too strong at this time, don't go beyond the limits of your body to do something, otherwise it will forcibly pull your vitality and do great harm to your qi and blood. Again, "even when you are old, your blood is failing, so you can quit it." When people are old, their qi and blood have declined. People should restrain their desires and not think about things they shouldn't have. Only in this way can the elderly have a healthy and stable old age. This is what Confucius called "the three precepts of a gentleman". It can be seen that China traditional medicine attaches great importance to grasping oneself in daily life and morality. Only in this way can oneself and qi and blood develop smoothly. Middle school students are in the golden age of mastering physics knowledge for a long time. If you master moral values, you will successfully master your own outlook on life. 5. Teach students how to learn the traditional culture of China. High school students have a unique advantage. They live on campus and are exposed to books every day. So how should we adjust ourselves in our daily life? Traditional culture has also produced some ways to enrich our lives. First, sit still. If you can sit still, you can keep your qi and blood in a stable state for a long time. But because modern people can't sit still, it causes stagnation of qi and blood. So we must do it right, or we must avoid it. Second, study. People must read books, as well as books by sages and classic books, such as Huangdi Neijing, Laozi, Analects of Confucius and Buddhist scriptures. After reading these books, people will understand a truth: medicine can't solve everyone's problems, because people have the choice of soul besides the choice of body. If you read more books, people will see more clearly. Reading more history books will make people understand what history is all about. Read more classics, and you will understand what the laws of the world are. After reading medical books, people will at least know what to avoid and what to do. Third, overlooking the landscape flowers and trees. People should look at the changes in nature. If they only read books and don't look at nature, they still can't understand what is germinal, what is sunset and what is falling flowers. When people are old, when they see the flowers falling and the sun setting, they will not understand that birth, illness and death are just the normal state of life, and they will not think that illness is the sky falling. In this way, we can look at many problems in life very flatly. Fourth, chat with friends often. People living in the world need to have some like-minded friends, as Confucius said, "It's a pleasure to have friends from afar." If you have enough friends to communicate the meaning of life with you and share your happiness and distress, your life will be very happy. After all, people are not alone in the world. In society, everyone should live in harmony and stability with others. The composition of society is normal communication. The so-called normal coolness means friendly, stable and long-term communication between people, which is a kind of wealth for everyone's health. To sum up, to cultivate a healthy lifestyle of senior high school students, we must develop good living habits, instill a correct concept of health preservation from an early age, cultivate positive exercise habits, and take exercise as a part of life, so that a healthy lifestyle can be formed and carried forward. Really realize the concept of health first and lifelong sports, so as to cultivate a healthy lifestyle. References: [1] Zhong Nanshan and Zhong Nanshan talk about health preservation [M].
