Spiral massage method: hold the breast with one hand, put the index finger and middle finger on the breast with the other hand, massage in circles from the root of the breast to the nipple, and then massage the side and bottom of the breast in the same way.
Shiatsu massage: Hold the nipple and areola in the palms of both hands, put five fingers on both sides of the breast, and gently press down for about 15 minutes.
2. Massage the milk with a wooden comb
Fumigating and washing the breast with hot water or onion soup, or decocting 20 grams of fresh castor leaves with water and then hot compressing the breast, then drying the wooden comb, laying it flat on the breast, gently massaging the breast from up, down, left and right directions, and repeatedly massaging it several times. This can make the mammary duct unblocked, which is beneficial to breast feeding.
3, nipple massage under the milk
Hold the breast with one hand, and gently squeeze the areola with the other hand to soften it. Pick up the nipple with your thumb, forefinger and middle finger, keep the chest vertical, and gently pull it out.

4. Massage the bottom of breast milk

5, massage the breast points under the breast.
(1) Zhongshan point
Zhongshan point is located between the fourth rib and the two nipples in the middle line of the chest. Press and hold for 5 seconds at a time, and then release. Repeated pressing for 30 times, twice a day, is helpful to broaden the chest, regulate qi, dredge collaterals and promote lactation, and has the function of regulating breast and replenishing qi and blood.
(2) Rugen point
The mammary root point is located in the chest, between the fifth and sixth ribs, below the nipple. Press this point for five seconds each time and then let it go, twice a day, 30 times each time, which is helpful to dredge menstruation and promote lactation.
6, the correct way of breastfeeding
(A) actively carry out breast maintenance before pregnancy
From the fifth month of pregnancy, often scrub the nipple and areola with soap and water, and apply a layer of oil on the cleaned nipple and areola to make the breast skin gradually tough; Cover the breast with a hot towel and gently press it, and massage around the breast with your fingertips; Wear a loose bra to prevent breast dysplasia caused by tightness, and the cilia on the bra block the mammary duct; Apply grease to the nipple after each bath, gently touch the nipple with your thumb and forefinger, and seek effective methods from the doctor to correct the nipple invagination or flattening as soon as possible.

According to the principle of irregular quantitative breastfeeding, babies should be breastfed as needed to get the most precious colostrum. Mommy will feel terrible pain, and the nipple is easily sucked by the baby. If mastitis is caused, it will make it difficult for breastfeeding to go on smoothly. Mommy presses her breast with her fingers while feeding, so that the baby can suck without blocking his small nose.
(E) Scientific and rational intake of rich nutrition
In order to have exuberant milk secretion and excellent nutrition, mommy's demand for calories and nutrition has also increased relatively, so it is more appropriate to eat more meals every day, 4 ~ 5 meals; Pay special attention to drink more soups that can promote lactation, such as stewed pork ribs soup, stewed chicken soup, stewed pig's feet, tofu soup and vegetable soup.
