(3) Put 5g of chopped green onion and 5g of minced garlic into a pot, add 3g of salt, 5g of light soy sauce, a little sugar, 5g of sesame oil and 5g of seasoning oil (you can also stir pepper oil after frying pepper in hot oil), and add some spicy oil if you like spicy food.
