3. 5. Interested in party and government management, with a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility;

6. Meet one of the following conditions:

(1) in party member (including the preparation of party member);

(2) Having served as secretary and deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee or Party branch, chairman, vice-chairman, minister, deputy minister, monitor, vice-monitor and the person in charge of the school community for more than one year during his transfer to a university;

(3) During the period of being transferred to colleges and universities, he won the honorary titles of excellent or three-good students, excellent student cadres, excellent graduates, excellent league cadres or excellent party member;

7. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally and meet the physical examination standards of civil servants.

Directional trainees, entrusted trainees, and graduates from online colleges, adult education colleges and independent colleges are not included in the selection scope for the time being.
