Vegetarian dishes and recipes
There are two kinds of vegetarian dishes, one is made of pure vegetables, and the other is made of vegetables, bean products or other ingredients, but the taste is the taste of meat dishes. We call this vegetarian dish "a vegetarian dish made of meat", which complements the monotony of pure vegetarian dishes.

The taste is tender and smooth, and the fragrance is rich, so it is named "Babao", which shows that people love and cherish it.

1. sweet and sour ribs sauce:

Ingredients: tender lotus root, water chestnut, fungus, sweet pepper, refined salt, soy sauce, white sugar, rice vinegar, fresh soup, flour, starch, cooked peanut oil and baking powder.

5. Vegetarian chicken:

Exercise:

Soak the bean curd skin in clear water until soft, take it out, wrap it in cloth, tie it tightly with a rope, steam it for three or four hours, let it cool, take off the rope, cut the cloth into pieces with a thickness of half a centimeter, fry it in an oil pan until it is golden, pickle it with ginger, star anise, soy sauce and white grain, collect the concentrated marinade, add sesame oil, take it out of the pan, change knives and put it on a plate. Soft and fragrant, salty and sweet, with endless aftertaste after eating.

6. Plain tiger pigeon eggs:

Spread peeled and steamed potatoes into mud, mix with cooked egg yolk, add refined salt and monosodium glutamate, and knead into balls the size of soybeans, that is, pigeon egg yolk; Dilute the mung bean powder with water, put a clean wok on the fire, add a little water to boil, slowly put the mung bean powder into the pot, hold it with a spoon while pouring, and leave the fire when the starch is sticky. 7. Sweet and sour saury:
